Worst customer and internet service

Worst customer service. The customer service agent shuts the call on my face without listening to my questions.
Worst internet service. I have full data as the app shows but I can't connect to internet at all.
Unfortunately the helpline system is fully useless.
I am regretting getting telenor ever.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Completely Unreliable in Chitral
I am extremely disappointed with Telenor's service in Upper Chitral. Forget about using the internet—it doesn’t even work for basic calls. I use a Nokia phone, and even sending a simple SMS is impossible most of the time.
The network is absolutely pathetic and the service is useless. It feels like a total waste of money. If you are in this area, do yourself a favor and avoid this network. They are providing zero service while taking our money. Pathetic and shameful experience

I am extremely disappointed with Telenor’s network quality. In 2026, it is shocking that watching a 1-minute online video takes more than 5 minutes to buffer. Mobile data is painfully slow, and call quality is equally unreliable.
As a paying customer, I expect at least basic service, not constant frustration. If Telenor cannot provide stable internet and clear calls, then what exactly are customers paying for?
Please understand that poor network performance is not a “small issue” — it directly affects work, communication, and daily life. Many users like me are now seriously reconsidering staying with Telenor.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because silence or excuses will only push loyal customers away.

Its a pathetic service.i had a sim of telenor on my CNIC then i turned off that sim for few months then they removed my sim from my name & someone else took that sim.wtf is that?now i need that sim for my one account that i made on that number but i cant access that because i dont have num..i cant even remove that number..i called helpline & ask for help but they said they can’t do anything.so now our data is not save..

Services which we paid 4 aren't delivered. Government shouldn't be buying them, instead had terminated their license to teach others operating in Pakistan must respect customers & don't steal them.

If there was another cellular service in my region, which was more stable, available and had decent speeds, then I wouldn't have waited this long tolerating the nonsense caused by "Telenor".

A pathetic service in my residence in JDW-Sugar Mills Ltd. Unit-1, Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan.

It's the best available service, because the other "Jazz" is much more arrogant.

It's been 2-3 years I am using it, the only reason I bought and have been regularly having subscription on this and Jazz and Wi-Fi is that it's better than all of them.

I wasn't from the early adopters of Telenor in this area. I was using jazz for a long time, though it's services are also very poor, but majority (about 90%+) of my contacts had jazz number, so I wasn't planning to shift to Telenor. It's when in 2022 in KFUEIT some of my classmates and friends reported that Telenor has been working fine for them for SMS and Calls, which weren't the thing back then and still today delivered by Jazz. Internet from Telenor is still terrible there, and WhatsApp text msgs even don't get delivered. Telenor and Jazz were like a Jammer set at a central jail, which wasn't something new considering KFUEIT is at the end of the day a Jail for students of South Punjab. The reason for buying Telenor SIM was only for basic connectivity inside KFUEIT through SMS and Calls.
In most of the Rahim Yar Khan city, and Jamal Din Wali, Telenor has very pathetic service.
Though as said earlier, in JDW Sugar Mill Ltd. Unit-1 area, it's still better than all other available options.

To my experience, it's only somewhat good between after 1 at night, and before morning at 11, all other time of the day it's terrible. That's all when there's no rain, no strong winds, no electricity load shedding etc.
In a week, cellular services are available during this mentioned time for about 50-60 percent. It was a feeling that there may be some issue due to which internet is down and so it often got back within few minutes to within few hours. But in 2022-2024, the services was stable overall until or unless some climate, electricity or other issue was there. And after 11 AM until night 1 AM, it was also mostly OK back then.
In whole 2025, and now in January, despite dozens of complaints and follow-ups, now service from Telenor is pathetic.
1st of all, when we are paying full fees and on-time, then why don't they get backup electricity systems etc. It's simply understandable that they do so to reduce bandwidth consumption and delivering to most people while extracting every extra penny saved into their own profits. They should grow up and charge more if they want, but never compromise on quality of customer experience.

Now in whole 2025 and 2026, it's been the same experience as Jazz. Only available after night 1 AM to before Morning 11 AM.
Other times, they don't give a 50 KB/s speed both on 3G and 4G.
On other time which I mentioned, it's available but not stable, after a few minutes it would sometimes reach 1.2MB/s, but after those few seconds, the next 10 minutes gonna be on average 200-400 KB/s. And in this 10 minutes time, it's continously few seconds having this 200-400 KB/s speed and then few seconds completely silence. I can't watch a HD YouTube video (720P) properly because even at 480P, it's not buffering properly that could be enough to preload the next few seconds of content until internet gets back again. A 10 MB WhatsApp file takes a whole minutes to download.
I have package on Jazz, Telenor, and Wi-Fi. But none is good enough I can complete a 5-8 minutes TDM match in PUBG. Ping /Latency is also 150 ms+.

You can't even access an internet…

You can't even access an internet package despite having money.It shows charging error on the Telenor app whenever you are trying to activate a package.The app is not working properly.All good services have been discontinued.

Vist your Franchise

I think I visited two of your franchises to change ownership. In one franchise, they said that if the change is for 500, the ownership will change. In the other franchise, they said that the change will be for 400. I don't understand.And your franchisees, to whom you have given authorization letters, are quoting two different rates. Then their behavior from now on is such that you tell us that they are working for free and giving us money. Shame on you.And when you people have to give this same SIM, you are distributing it to us like beggars, saying, "Take it, take it, take it." And when we have any work to do, any problem, we have to go to your franchise to get it resolved. So the rude staff you've hired behaves as if they're giving us free work.
Shame on you Telenor

The worst and poor network in Pakistan Since I came on Vacation, No service nothing,Batin Caroron ki or Dukan Pakron ki,You guys need to do some serious work on this bullshit system. I’ve been trying to connect with internet but it's not getting connecting.😡

Very pathetic service

Very pathetic service, when I subscribe to a package, their service gets down and I get no service with 0 signals, this happens all the time when I subscribe to the service, literally my money is getting wasted in this way. Very poor and 3rd class service by Telenor, it's happening in Tank kpk Pakistan. They are thieves and taking people money in this way. I am just very very disappointed by Telenor and I am going to deactivate the Telenor sim card and get a new sim card of some other network.

Beware of Fraudulent Practices!

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Telenor. They're deducting money without my consent, subscribing me to services I didn't ask for, and providing extremely poor service. To top it off, their customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful.

Their business practices are deceptive and dishonest. They're thieves, plain and simple. I demand a full refund and cancellation of all unauthorized subscriptions.

Warning to others: Do not trust this company with your money or personal information. They will take advantage of you and leave you with a headache.
