Great fun and no complaints in TeamSport Harlow

Fun for sure. The track and spaces are great. There's a shop and cafe as well as a variety of games like bowling (smallish alley) and others when off the track.
They have the junior karts as well with a separate track.
There's free parking on site.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Alex was an absolute star, extremely resourceful.
Luke was good as well

Visibly annoyed, we booked for the 50 lap karting, back in August, first time wanted to do it for mine partners birthday, got told that there weren't alot of people doing it that day so we were told to doit the following week the following week came and got told the same, they gave us vouchers to book elsewhere so we booked it for October at a different place and a day before we're meant to enjoy our experience they called and told us that it was to be cancelled, would you guess it the same excuse. Really fed up of it. Awaiting refund...

Friendly , helpful staff from check in , drinks , help with the helmets and during the racing . Kids (ages 13-20) had a thoroughly enjoyable time . Thank you

Just don’t make any mistakes when you book, or get an injury after booking as they won’t give you any money back for tickets bought. I bought tickets and realised I had make a mistake and requested a refund within 12 hours of booking, but refused. Not sure why a company should want to fleece customers if they make a mistake. Takes nothing to cancel and booking a refund, apart from upsetting your customers and making them never want to return. Well done Team-Soort Karting 👏

Exceptional Service from Melissa – Highly Recommended!
After a disappointing experience a few weeks ago, Melissa (the team leader at TeamSport Brent Cross) completely turned things around for us. She took the time to listen to our concerns carefully and managed to sort out all the issues amicably. Throughout our conversation, she was exceptionally positive, polite, and professional, leaving us with a truly great customer experience.
My husband and children had a great time out on the track! Beyond the racing, this particular TeamSport has a great space with a relaxed vibe to socialise, whether you are visiting with family or friends. We are more than happy to return here, knowing that if any concerns arise, Melissa and her team will listen attentively to resolve them.
Unfortunately there is still concern with aggression and belligerent behaviour when an adult racer shouted at my son and in a sperate incident a member of staff shouted at my husband. Otherwise majority of staff are polite and helpful.

Very disappointing experience with TeamSport. It feels like they are more interested in squeezing extra money out of customers than providing a good service.

We purchased a promotional voucher for two drivers while visiting the venue and were told we had three months to book. Before purchasing, we specifically asked a member of staff face-to-face whether we could rearrange our booking without any additional charges. We were clearly told that this would be absolutely fine and free of charge.

Unfortunately, we later needed to change our booking date. When we called, we were suddenly told we would have to pay a £20 rescheduling fee.

To make matters worse, the voucher can only be used for certain time slots, with some available dates almost two months away. Even though the website shows plenty of availability, apparently many of those slots cannot be booked using the voucher.

My biggest frustration is not even the £20 fee, but the fact that we were explicitly given incorrect information before purchasing. If we had been told about these restrictions and charges upfront, we could have made an informed decision.

We also tried to raise our concerns with management, but received no response, which only demonstrates further poor customer service.

Overall, this feels like a money-grabbing approach, with hidden restrictions, unexpected charges and little interest in resolving customer complaints.

We certainly won't be returning, and I would advise anyone considering purchasing one of their promotional vouchers to be very careful and get all the conditions in writing before paying.

Had a horrible time here. Paid £50 just to sit around on reds and yellows. Disappointing place. Wouldn’t recommend

Very poor service from the online help team. My booking went through but didn't process the discount code I had. The team refused to make this right and offered me an unhelpful credit instead. Totally unreasonable level of service and reflects poorly on how this company treats its customers. AVOID.

Be aware that timing is an issue for the Nottingham venue. I bought a karting experience for my grandson's 15th birthday. He loved his two 15 minute drives but when we arrived, just before the time they insisted he had to be there for his briefing, the building was locked up with no-one in sight. A member of staff, who was charming, turned up 5 minutes later, unlocked the building and provided my grandson with suit, gloves and helmet, but he didn't start his actual karting drive until 30 minutes later than the time he was booked to start which threw upset plans for the afternoon somewhat. But definitely something my grandson would like to do again, this time with other family members to compete against!

Extremely disappointing experience and serious safety concerns at the Brent Cross branch.

I am absolutely disgusted with the experience we had here. My son was involved in a go-kart crash, and I have serious concerns about the safety standards and supervision at this venue.

Firstly, my son’s helmet was not correctly fitted, which is completely unacceptable when safety equipment is supposed to protect children. Secondly, adults and teenagers were driving on the same track as 9-year-old children, using different go-karts. An adult/teenager not part of the party collided with my son’s go-kart and his helmet came off his head by the force of the crash and he banged the back of his head, raising serious questions about whether enough was being done to keep the children safe. And in the previous race another child was crashed into by another adult driver also not part of the party.

What has made the situation even more frustrating is the venue’s refusal to share a clear, decent-quality video of the incident. When a child has been involved in a crash, I would expect a responsible business to take parents’ concerns seriously, communicate transparently and provide a proper explanation of what happened.

This experience has left us extremely disappointed and concerned. Children’s safety should always come before profit or convenience. Properly fitted helmets, appropriate separation of drivers by age and experience, and effective supervision should be basic requirements, not optional extras.

I would strongly urge other parents to ask serious questions about the safety procedures in place before allowing their children to race here. No parent should have to worry about whether their child is properly protected or whether the track is being managed safely.

I hope management takes these concerns seriously and reviews its safety procedures to ensure this does not happen to another child.

Took my son and 3 friends for his birthday for what was supposed to be an amazing experience.
Both 15 minute sessions were spent mostly under red light or orange light. The boys completed 4 laps on the first 15 minutes. They were held downstairs for 2 minutes before they could even get going! There was a group of kids disobeying orders and messing around who were poorly managed by staff.
It’s not their fault, but the venue is just run by children! Children trying to manage children is not an effective business model!
I will be complaining directly to the venue so shall see what they say. Safe to say I would struggle to recommend and based on the experience would not wish to visit again!

Brilliant family day out at Teamsport Clydebank. Great for karting and laser tag, can get nice coffee and food too. Been many times and have had several kids parties here, would thoroughly recommend. Staff are all excellent. Katie in particular goes above and beyond to make sure customers are well looked after.

I did a 2x 15 min session, i’ve tried many petrol karts before so the electric cars were a fun experience, the track is a bit slippy making it easier to drift which is what i did plenty, the adviser Matt was super friendly and i spun out (rare occasion) he gave me some nice friendly advice and sent me back on my way, enjoyed it so much i did another 15 min
