The replicas are outstanding in every detail and at a fair price. Excellent customer service, especially regarding a FedEx shipping issue, with regular communication to ensure delivery.

I'm happy with my experience shopping at tcnvault

wonderful product great shipping will be back to order 10/10

I've had a terrible experience trying to receive an item that I purchased over a year ago with no luck. I spoke with the seller only to be dismissed. The company has no credibility when things go wrong. Also I've been respectful and patient and even provided proper documentation to get things moving along, still no word, or explanation from the seller. My recommendation is to seek another outlet for your hobbies, And choose a company that doesn't lack accountability. If anything changes I'll be sure to update this review, but I'm almost sure it's just a loss at this point. Hopefully people will see this and use a bit of caution with this company. ...****EDIT***** UPDATE**** I have received my items, it was a rather long ordeal, but my 1911 has arrived. I'm very satisfied with the quality, and will express that I am quite pleased, as I have always been. My previous review was written off the experience of my last purchase. The impression that a lack of accountability when things go wrong may be a thing is how I felt. 5star quality, 2star last purchase experience)(usually 4), 3star response from seller.

Have to change order for color in relate but not in stock before shipping. They proposed other color and same Price Even not in rebate. Also proposed faster shipping no charge to make sure no delay. Communication always fast and positive. Receive 2 guns Hi quality as describe. Will continue business.

Was given the wrong items. I also emailed customer service for an explanation and it has been several days and have still not gotten a reply. At this point I have made peace with the fact that I was given extended magazines instead of standard capacity for the blankfire handgun I ordered. A simple email to confirm that I was okay with the switch would have been appreciated, but instead the image on my order email was changed to the extended magazine mid-shipment and the page that listed the standard capacity magazine was deleted. I have since ordered some standard capacity magazines from Bulgaria and have to cross my fingers that they will be compatible.

Great experience can not wait to do another purchase. Item as described and fast shipping

It arrived fairly quickly, it is truly very realistic. I am 100% satisfied and I would absolutely recommend this brand to anyone looking to buy prop guns.
