Great what can i help you with ? Well i was inquiring on the 2019 Chevy 2500HD with 105,000 miles on it - Oh yes that is a very nice truck - What did you want too know ? Yes i am calling because there is no mention of price ? How much is the truck - Oh i see - The truck is ($44,500) oh ok great - Chelsea asks why what do you drive now ? I say well we have a 2017 F250 Diesel XLT with 136,000 miles , but the main reason we want something different is nether of us like a Ford - Oh I see (Well could you send me the Vin number and detailed pictures ? Of corse & within 10 minutes she had everything !

She asked before ending the phone conversation - Are you looking too Finance ? No i am 60 & bought many cars and Trucks - I have a (800) credit score - and own our truck outright - No need ? Oh ok
Great she says ,
I then go take all the attached photos of my Truck - Forward too her - Along with the Vin # etc , After about five min and letting my wife know (I think we found you a nice Truck) and she gets all excited ! So she inquired - Why is there no pictures of the inside (So i text Chelsea back & Request pictures from her of the interested truck along with color inquiry etc ?
She then Text this text back ?
“okay, great! thank you for that info. there is a customer here right now looking at it but if he doesn’t buy i will get all the pictures for you. we are at Tasca Buick GMC Cadillac in Melbourne” 😊
I then text ; Ok never mind - I do not do business this way , When we work actively with any of our customers in our business we give the courtesy & wait till that business concludes ? We are serious buyer - Obviously or we would not have bothered sending photos and vin of ourTruck ?
Lets recap Chelsea ;
Here is what i do want too be clear about ;
1) I call and inquire
2) you greet me
3) you request the Vin # and pics
4) i send them
5) you ask - Is it a cash buy ?
yes
6) I then request pics & Interior color etc
7) At no time (Did you mention nor discuss that anyone was considering it & or wanting to buy it ?
8) you send this text
9. I then send two screenshots - Of my Credit rating & Of our back accounts showing over ($650,000) collectively

I go on too state cause now i am extremely upset ; I can be pretty impactful on social media & will express my over all experience
Its just Sad - Sad - Sad - So Sad ! When multi million companies treat customers so sadly !
Makes zero sense ? Too Go from a ($50,000) sale too costing yourselves Much Much More ! In the end - It is Absolutely Backwards Thinking ?
I then proceed too do some Ai Research - And find this False advertising i.e (See screen shot) where it states you receive a 4.5 out of 5 rating ? I could find nothing noting such ?
