Use with Extreme Caution - Will charge but dont deliver
My order was confirmed by email on the 26th of August at 5.33 & my card charged. Further email on the 9th of September thanking me for my order. When I check my order number online its still showing as we’re preparing these items for shipping despite a promise on the site all orders ship within 7 days.
I’ve contacted their customer service a number of times and bar an automated thank for your email response absolutely no update or engagement. I’ve had an absolutely rubbish customer experience. Card charged on the 26th of August 10 weeks later nothing has arrived and bar automated responses to say they’ll be back to me in 2 hours I have had zero contact from the vendors despite multiple efforts to contact them.
This site is a complete scam. They have a button where you can supposedly contribute a review but its not working. I suspect all the supposed happy and satisfied “reviews” on their website are just adverts.
Use this site with extreme caution. My experience is they take your money but deliver nothing. Just another scam by yet more online thieves.
