The first lot of tape I ordered never arrived. I assume it got lost on the post. When I contacted the firm by email to tell them they sent another lot out very quickly and this arrived just fine.

We rely heavily on couriers and Royal Mail for all our dispatches but unfortunately some parcels do go astray which is beyond our control. We aim to put this right as soon as we're notified which has happened in your case. I ordered some bike protection tape from Tape 2 Go on a next day delivery. Unfortunately the order hadn't arrived after a few day, so I called and they arranged a pre 9am delivery for the next day. This is fantastic customer service in my opinion and a great way to resolve the situation.
