This company does not even deserve the one star I had to give. I got a new phone and my number changed. I could not access the app because the verification code was being sent to the old phone number. I called on Thursday and sat on hold over and hour for them to hang up on me. I then called back and requested a call back which I never received. I did a support ticket and sent in what was asked of me. Friday comes still no help I called and was left on hold for 45 minutes then hung up on AGAIN. I then created two more tickets. It’s now Saturday no one ever called back, they sent an email after I sent one firmly asking why can’t I get help the email stated tickets are handled in order received. On Facebook every single comment on the company page is someone complaining about not being able to reach customer support and it’s sad that they treat customers like they are not important. I pray my job drops this company because they are USELESS!

This app is HORRIBLE god forbid your in a bind and really need your money this app only benefits the employers cause it’s cheaper on their end… all the do is lie and when u catch them in a lie they start apologizing… it’s been months of them saying on our end it shows your balance and hours we don’t know what’s the matter on your end… I hope a “class action” lawsuit against them is bought into action and any positive reviews is from a hired PR person from the company

This is a terrible app. Every time I work I have to call. They have to refresh my account so I can borrow my money. I do not recommend this company to nobody.

Tap check takes days to update. They state you should be able to access your funds shortly or at least 24 hours after. It’s been 4 days, and it’s not the beginning or ending of the pay cycle. The chat feature sucks you can’t speak to an agent dispute it saying you are being transferred via chat. It’s frustrating because the app is to help assist financially before your payday, but if the balance doesn’t update it isn’t helping at all.

After never, ever being able to access any money like you're supposed to, it always showed zero available.I opened a ticket.Nothing was ever done.So I deactivated.
After a month, I decide to try it again.I have been waiting four days on a ticket to run through to activate my account.So I could try, again talking to a robot is just not getting it.You never hear back from them.This is the worst app ever. I have complained to my employer. And they say that they've had many, many bad reviews.

This company operates in a highly disorganized manner, particularly regarding their billing practices. They deceptively charge $4.95 for each day worked. For example, if you work three days—say, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—they should have two days of pay available by Wednesday. However, instead of updating your pay promptly, they delay the process as long as possible to deduct $4.95 from each day. If you actually need the two days' pay, they won't update your balance until you withdraw your Monday earnings, and only then will they update Tuesday's pay, which is clearly a scam. Essentially, instead of paying $4.95 for two days, they unfairly charge $4.95 for each day, making the total cost much higher than expected.

This app, this card and the customer service are aweful. I get paid salary. So why one day can I have an option for 87 bucks and then the next 37? Then another day 18? Also you work all week long and get no updated balance. My balance was zero for 4 days and i worked all 4 of those days. It wasnt on a pay week. You give the option in the app to create a pin and activate your card but neither one works. When you try to call customer service, everything is magically our companies fault. There's nothing wrong on their end according to them. I dont depend on tapcheck to live but it is convenient to have if in a pinch or an emergency if its working correctly. Get it together tapcheck. I put a date in because its mandatory but there isn't one date there's multiple. Once again do tapchecks job for them.

They will actually fabricate false documents. They provided me with a screenshot of my hours log that was provided to them by Paycom... But the thing is, Paycom sent me the report, and what Tapcheck showed me wasn't even remotely close to what Paycom is ACTUALLY REPORTING. TAPCHECK = FRAUD

If I could post without any stars I would. The worst experience with any business I’ve ever had. I’ve tried since Thursday of last week to reach someone. It’s now Sunday. No help no response from anyone. I’ve never been more ashamed of being a former customer service representative. Complete disgrace! Also that’s a lie from the company where it says 24 hour live agents and access to daily funds. Complete and utter lie! Not true at all. I don’t know how they’ve received 4 stars. The positive reviews on here for this company has to be fraudulent. Not real customers or people who work for the company. Or they were paid to say nice things. I’ve not had one positive experience from this fraud of a company. Can’t they be sued for false advertising? It is not 24 immediate access to your daily funds. Complete lie!!

This is NOT A DAILY PAY SERVICE like they ADVERTISE! They don't update your pay. You have to harass them to do it and they MIGHT resolve it. Don't EVER rely on this app!!

Tapcheck is very dishonest company to deal with on top of the funny ways they decide to breakdown transfers to charge more fees they can careless if they make a mistake on your transfers and if you don't get your funds well too bad they still don't mind taking your money from your payroll without any desire to reimburse your money then play clueless by dragging you to a exchange of never-ending emails then lies and games until you give off because regardless of anything that you say or prove yourself they don't mind robbing you because they are lowlife thieves with since of remorse on petty they are by taking from people that truly need every cent they have work for don't use their services protect your earnings

This company is a scam. I reached out to this company after I received my first paycheck July 3rd because my balance was not updated they said everything looked good and it would be updated I’m 24-48 hours that never happened since then it’s a new problem every time I call. It’s now August 11th my balance still hasn’t been updated I had an emergency with my 2 year old son and I had to ask a family member for help and I wouldn’t have had to if my balance was updated. I’ve been way too patient. I feel really lied to and disrespected especially since nobody has reached out to me.

I have been trying to get information about my account. I emailed them. I responded to them within the app. They don’t respond. They take their time. It’s a horrible service. I wish my company would have never taken this. Please don’t take them for daily pay cause you won’t get your money

This company has technical issues a lot! Balance is not updating as it should, even when you clock in and out of work/lunch properly. Because they do not have 24 hour service like other companies you have to wait long periods of time to receive your money.This is suppose to be for emergencies and they definitely drop the ball on that. They advertise that they can provide a service of getting you your own money and it's not there when you need it .Also customer service is very nonchalant about your issue when you call.

Comes with a price they will take more money from you than what they supposed to I will stop using

Don’t believe the average rating on here!! I’m not one to write reviews but with this company I feel I have to so that others don’t get put through the same stress. To sum it up Tapcheck is the complete opposite of every good review that you’ll see on here. Don’t believe me, find out for yourself

It was great for the first 2 times I used it. The minute I signed up they already had my hours and everything, now my hours don't update. They said to reach out to my employer. I did. They are approving my hours and I even took a screenshot. After about a week they seemed to get it figured out and I was able to do another transfer but here we are again. Hours haven't updated for over a week. Constant emails back and forth and I'm waiting trying to get my pay so I can pay rent. I took the job I have because of the option to get paid daily but this is just ridiculous. It's not my employer it's this app and the waiting games and emails back and forth are just too much. I'm stressed and beyond frustrated.
