The transfer time is perfect the only thing bad is it takes $5 dollars from what you wanna transfer out I think it should be no more tha $2

I have to almost constantly text_call them to update my available balance for transfer--you can be on hold to speak to someone for an hour or more..my tapcheck has not updated my available transfer balance in over over 24hrs...right now balance is 9 dollars...nine dollars..to send a text does nothing ..very dissatisfied with it other employees have the same issues...when done right on their end it is nice but ...I am ready to call someone to get legal advice or drop them totally..thank you...title..not happy and this has been a problem for at least 2 months

This company has a bot system that has no ability to assist with problems. Calling and talking with live person took 30 mins to get through. Employee stated my time would be updated right away Im trying to make a purchase and its been 30 mins and still not updated. Yesterday I put my phone # in que to call me and they never did. Just poor basic customer service Go elsewhere for this type of service There are better ones out there

Terrible service. Didn't update for weeks..changed my number and cant update itto even login because there's No real customer service.. connects you to a Ai chat that cant properly understand much . Worst app ever daily pay was much better don't know why Honor Health switched to this company.

I can't ever talk to a live agent! I'm having problems with using it and my employer said it's not thru them and I keep having to chat with a bot who says the same thing and I've had an open ticket for over a week with no response!!

Just to get my account readjusted, I do not like tap check, it takes them forever just to fix my stuff daily and I don't get my tap check right away. The positive reviews have to be fake! Terrible. Frustrating company balance is always zero and their chat bot belongs in the '80s. Employers do your employees a favor? Do not give them the headache and stress of this company. 100% let down

I have never used an app quite like this one! Accessing your money early is so vital sometimes! Diapers! Formula! Gas! This app has helped out our family so much: easy to use and easy access to your paycheck early. Give it a try!
Do not use this app for early pay
Do not use this app for early pay, I used it once and they deducted money out of my paycheck for 2 pay periods. Although they have already took out the funds from one paycheck. They charged me again next pay period..you can’t reach anyone, customer support tell you the same thing each time you finally reach someone, after waiting on hold for 40 mins. They say someone will get back to you within 48 hours. It’s been 5 days for me and they won’t return my money. Although they see the error it’s just not urgent for them. Spoke to someone just now says he’s a supervisor but I don’t believe him, he did nothing but repeat what the other support team said. Refused to do escalate the situation.

Tapcheck used to be great, but it's not that way anymore... You used to be able to get money from a shift you worked the day before, but it takes forever now -- and you'll spend many hours waiting on customer service just to learn NOTHING of any relevance to your situation.

If I could rate it 0 stars, I wholeheartedly would. I recently started a new job a few weeks ago and made an account for Tapcheck…just to try and login the next day and get told it was, somehow, deactivated. I messaged the support it directed me to and weeks later I still have received no response. The AI is completely unhelpful and utterly useless. It says to give it your info to try and verify your account and fix the issue, but will just ignore said info and make an email request for support. Said email has also been up for at least two weeks and is still being ignored. The AI just keeps updating. I tried calling the number that THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE providers for customer service and support—just to be repeatedly told my call was rejected. I tried calling on a separate number and it claimed that their inbox was too full and that they’d call back later and then they never did. I can’t comment on the actual workings of the app because I haven’t even gotten the chance—they deactivated my account and won’t let me fix the issue and support and help is literally nowhere to be found. I’ve heard several others have had this issue and I would honestly not recommend at all for that alone
