Has anybody spoken to any employee of this company regarding their hiring policies?

It is not only that they do not reply appropriately and do not proceed with you for any job opportunity, TalentKompass undermines the trust of everyday jobseekers searching and trying out for job titles that match their chosen career paths.

Despite my tries to notify this to LinkedIn, it is infuriating, heartbreaking and alarming how the network takes no action.

Hi guys, i see all of you writing that this is a scam.. I applied before i saw any reviews about the company ect What can i do now ? I'm kinda stressed

The comments below are the truth. They share your data with third parties without letting you know. I believe Kreativstorm and Talentkompass is the same company that rejects your application and send its paid course. Don’t waste your time.

It's a waste of time to go through this, they will share your data / CV to some scammy sites.
Stay away.

Shared my resume with Kreativstorm, who solicited me for a paid training program. All of the job postings by this company seem to be fake, they reject your application then you get an invitation for the training program. Total scam.

all I can say is based on my personal experience, I do not recommend applying to this company as they have used my information to promote a training course with associated fee.

TalentKompass shared my data (CV + portfolio) with a third party -KreativStorm.- without letting me know, in the first place.

Context: I applied for a ui/ux designer position at TalentKompass and someone from KreativStorm reached out to me! But when I aplied, I was not informed that they will share my data with a third party!
Of course, KreativStorm is trying to see their ''courses''. The mentor does NOT have any online presence and they provided only his last name.
