Ordered a XLIM PRO 2 from tablites electronic cigarettes. My order came well packaged & very promptly. Literally 36 hours after ordering on free delivery.
Company kept me informed all through the process. Love the product. I made the mistake of buying DTL vapes unaware of the difference. Tablite’s website was clear & packed with information. I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Made a call to the store to place an order and stressed I needed next day delivery.
Spoke with Lee who advised me that the vape industry had made significant advances.
I went with his suggestion re what would best suit my needs and he even rushed to ensure it met that days outgoing mail!
Right on cue, it arrived the next morning as promised and I’ve never looked back. My old battery and tank have been consigned to the waste (battery disposed of responsibly!) and I’m up and running.
I have followed and purchased from these guys since they started out many years years ago and it’s fantastic to see that they have grown into a thriving business.

Have used the online store in the past, very good, but my local store (West Bromwich) needs to improve customer service and take account of trading standards. Today was the second time that faulty vepe accessories were refused to be exchanged. Lots of BS as to why. Don't know whether this is purely a local issue or 'from on high' ether way it is extremely poor service. Will never use again.

Looked online for a new mod and coils which would have totalled £34.98 full price, no deals or online exclusive. Decided to go to store as one near where I work, same items £39.98! Queried this in store and on website telephone number with answer being stores are a franchise and different prices can be charged! This is ridiculous as you should at least point this out on your website or show in store prices. You detail the shops online etc on your website so how is a customer supposed to know until they get there to the store that your advertised shop is a franchise and can charge what they want. I know it's not much but I feel ripped off and won't be purchasing from TABLITES again

Tablites and me go back a long time to 2015 and I remember buying my first old school pens there almost 10 years ago.
Normally I shop online for vape stuff these days but when I get the chance I’ll pay them a visit out of respect more than anything.
Anyway this morning I had a parcel to pick up in town and thought I will look online and see what deals Tablites have on at the minute.
10 Crystal Bars for £36.00 seemed decent so I thought great I’ll pop in and show my face.
Went to the store and mentioned I’d like the 10 for £36.00 deal and was told that unfortunately in store the deal is £41.00.
Won’t be using again.

Order my coils and juice every month of there website. Decided to upgrade my pen with a bundle after an hour I got a phone call off them saying the coils I ordered weren't in stock so they sent me a higher and a extra pack which was lower ohz pack could not recommend this website any higher they always arrive on time and I usually get a little free gift each time 😄
