I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Swiss Watch Expo at their Atlanta showroom and would caution potential buyers.
Before visiting, I selected six watches from their inventory that I wanted to see in person. I was informed that their policy allowed only a 30-minute appointment and that I would be limited to viewing three watches. Because I live several hours away and would be driving roughly eight hours round trip (about 500 miles), I explained that I was not comfortable making that trip to see only three watches. After that discussion, they agreed to make an exception and allow me to view four watches.
The next morning I began my drive to Atlanta. About 200 miles into the trip and roughly one hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a call informing me that they had changed their mind and that I would again be limited to three watches. I explained that we had already agreed on four given the distance I was traveling, but I was told that the decision had been changed and that I could either come look at three or not come at all.
Since I had already driven two hours, I continued to the appointment.
Within the first few minutes of my allotted 30-minute viewing time, it became clear that the three watches I had selected based only on photos were likely too large or heavy for my wrist. I explained that the fourth watch that had been removed from the list might actually be the best fit and mentioned that I was seriously considering a purchase in the ~$10,000 range.
Despite still having about 27 minutes remaining in the appointment, they refused to show me the fourth watch and stated that their policy limited the viewing to three watches.
In decades of purchasing luxury items and dealing with many high-end retailers, I have never experienced customer service like this. Given the circumstances and the distance traveled, the refusal to show one additional watch during the remaining appointment time was extremely disappointing.
I ultimately chose not to do business with them and will purchase from another dealer, even if it costs more. For a purchase at this price level, customer service and flexibility matter.
This experience occurred during an in-person appointment at the Swiss Watch Expo showroom in Atlanta, Georgia.

Unlike traditional open-browsing retailers, SwissWatchExpo operates strictly by appointment to give each client our undivided attention. To keep our showroom experience efficient and relaxed, we ask clients to narrow their selection to three timepieces before arriving. Our 30-minute appointments provide ample time to inspect, try on, purchase, and size these selections. Ultimately, our in-store experience is tailored for clients who have a strong sense of what they are looking for and are ready to finalize their perfect watch.
During our many conversations, we explained this process and noted that an in-person visit might be premature for you until your list was narrowed down. To assist with this, we offered to showcase your selections via live video calls on a similarly sized wrist, but you repeatedly declined.
We ultimately made an exception and prepared four watches for your arrival. However, you changed your selection while enroute, which meant we had to enforce the three-watch limit due to time constraints. You then changed your selection a third time right before arriving, and then requested yet another watch during the appointment, which we simply could not accommodate on such short notice.
Given these circumstances, your review is disappointing. We repeatedly offered virtual assistance to help you comfortably narrow your choices. While we made an exception to our standard process in an effort to provide a great experience, it is unfair to expect us to entirely bypass our operating procedures to accommodate continuous, last-minute changes.

SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD NOT DO A FACETIME TO SEE WATCH
I wish there is a lower rate to value my experience with this company. Spoke to the owner and they refused to have a facetime on the watch that I was ready to buy with debit card. I am not buying a cheap item and I needed to see watch before purchase. Thank God there is more companies that sell used rolex watched. I am very disappointed with this company and the lady that I spoke to which she said it was the owner. They have no respect for customers and think they are the only company that sell used rolex in the planet

Please note that SwissWatchExpo is one of the only online retailers of certified authentic luxury watches that is fully staffed with a team of non-commissioned watch consultants who are true experts. We encourage our clients to call, text or chat with them to virtually see and learn more about the watch they are interested in, as well as walk through the ordering process and explain our policies, etc. One of those policies is our 10-day no-hassle Return Policy which gives our clients peace of mind knowing that they can buy a watch and see it for themselves, and return it if there are any issues (as long as they do not remove the red sticker that says "DO NOT REMOVE").
What is left out of your review is that you had already had multiple Facetime calls with several members of our team already - and you had already seen the watch multiple times. So, while you write this up as if your request was completely refused, that is not the case at all. In reality, we had already spent a significant amount of time with you and had other appointments scheduled with other clients, which we needed to honor.

Get Bent Over Elsewhere-Indefensible Customer Treatment
Started great. Picked out a watch online, confirmed availability and pricing, made an appointment for transaction, got certified funds and even SHOWED UP 25 MINUTES EARLY at 2:05 PM on a Tuesday.
Cop out front told me I wasn't "on the list" and had to call from the front door. So I did. Was told the salesman was not available so I HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE ON ONE OF THE COLDEST DAYS OF THE YEAR.
Sure I was holding a certified check and wanted to buy a 20k watch immediately, the salesguy told me "Doctors don't see you early...." DOCTORS DON'T MAKE YOU WAIT OUTSIDE.
Don't care where you go, but I don't reward this kind of customer treatment with my $$$$.

They obviously do not have a liberal return policy as claimed.

Automatic Watches Do Not Use Batteries:
The watch you selected is an automatic mechanical watch, which is accurately described on the listing. Automatic watches do not contain batteries and are powered by wrist movement, with the option to hand-wind. This is standard across the watch industry.
38 mm Is a Standard, Universal Measurement:
The case size-38.0 mm-was listed exactly as measured and according to standard watch-industry specifications. This is the same measurement format used by all major Swiss brands, retailers, and service centers.
Return Policy:
Our return policy is clearly published and applies uniformly to all customers. Once a watch has been worn, it can no longer be returned for a full refund because it is no longer in unworn, sellable condition. For that reason, a buy-back option was offered, consistent with our policy.
The item was accurately represented, and our team followed the same procedures for returns that apply to every transaction. If you need more instructions, or any help operating the watch, we are just a phone call away.

This purchase was not my only with SWE
This purchase was not my only with SWE, but was truly my best experience so far and maybe forever. I agreed to purchase Darkside of the Moon watch, and just prior to shipping they noticed something not right with the watch. It had a nick on the crystal. SWE, called and offered another Darkside, they had not even had on the website,and this also had the deployment clasp. All for same price and this was clearly a watch that would cost much more. I was leaving on a trip, so they were even able to Overnight the watch also!!. They went as far as service can go ! they covered the shipping too ! Experiences like this are rare, but its obvious SWE has great people who understand the value of service. Cannot thank you enough SWE. I have purchased from them since 2022 and did not think I could get a better experience than the previous purchases, but they did it. Getting this watch before my trip meant everything!!

I had such an incredible and easy experience buying a Rolex at Swiss Watch Expo!
I wasn't sure of what model I wanted so I put in a call to a very kind and helpful salesperson at Swiss Watch Expo who took their time and was very patient due to my indecisiveness.
I finally decided on a hard-to-find vintage ladies Rolex Masterpiece Pearlmaster with white mother of pearl diamond dial.
It shipped out next day and when I received it, it was exactly what I had wanted! I highly recommend Swiss Watch Expo especially if you are looking for a hard-to-find or one-of-a kind piece. A++++ experience!

Amazing Inventory of High Quality Watches
I received an Omega Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon watch from SwissWatchExpo and it is in perfect condition!
