I decided I needed to improve the security of my Inner Front Door so contacted Swish as they have done excellent work for me previously. The ordering and financing arrangements were straightforward and professional. The installation was carried out professionally and left no mess. In the months since installation the door has performed perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase.

If this is the same company that repaired and insulated the inside of my small conservatory roughly 4 or 5 ago from Middlesbrough then one star is too high. The workers were good and did a good job. However the after sales is non existent. When insulating the inside by pushing the insulation too hard and loosened the roof panels hence rainy weather rain pours in, the repair work on the outside peeled and flaps about in the wind. Only once did a chap come to have a look at it and said he couldn't see anything without a ladder, never came back, after that my phone calls were ignored even when one of their reps phoned and asked them to get in touch with me they didn't. So as long as you don't need aftercare then they are OK. I should have posted this at the time, but put it down to experience, now my conservatory is unusable and decided to air my experience. The date listed as 2023 is wrong, calendar doesn't go back past 2023.

Jack’s team very good and very professional

A door to door salesman for this company has just knocked on my door and asked if he could leave a leaflet. When I asked what for he said "A date with him", I was taken aback and then he said "I've heard you're a good dancer". I can't believe someone would knock on my own front door, completely uninvited and so brazenly try to smarm/ flirt their way to getting me to use their company. There is no way I would allow anyone connected with your company into my home to carry out any work

We had internal doors, windows and back door installed by Swish. Outstanding products and service.

We have recently had a garden room, utility and cloakroom built on to our house, this included removing an old 'outhouse. The service that was provided by Swish was outstanding, from the very start the salesperson James gave a very good quote that couldn't be argued with. Steve was overseeing all of the the building work, ordering etc and was an absolute rock throughout. Steve was easy to contact when needed and has a knack of making you feel like you are the only customer in the world.
Certain aspects didn't go to plan, this was due to the ground for the foundation, nothing to do with Swish, however Steve along with Garry (builder) sorted the issue and kept us involved all throughout. The plumber (Craig) was excellent, along with Marc the Spark (aka Mark Owen!) and not to mention the plasterer and his mate Marty and Michael. The last job being the joiner and fitted doors. All were trustworthy (enough for me to feel comfortable in leaving a key), friendly and good company as well as excellent tradespeople.
We have since had the most horrendous storm, this was a massive test and the whole structure including the windows passed, not one issue! I cannot thank these guys enough for their hard work and excellent workmanship. Very highly recommended.

Extremely efficient service from the first telephone call to James in the Office to organise a site visit to discuss various options. We were given a competitive quote from James,who then organised for the surveyor Steve to call out and discuss matters. Steve was outstanding in sorting out our rather complicated shaped roof, dealing with the manufacturers of the aluminium structure,which fit like a glove when erected. Well done Steve, you are a credit to the Company. The workmen were very polite and extremely tidy,and the end result is fantastic .

We had some home improvements carried out by Swish Home Improvements back in December 2021. The sales man was polite, patient and informative. The installations were carried out quickly and efficiently. We are also very happy with the quality and price of our home improvements and would use and recommend Swish for any future home improvements. We had to replace a lock recently on one of the windows which Swish carried out quickly and to our satisfaction.

Really pleased with all the windows and doors great job turned up nice and early really friendly worked all way through till finished really great team highly recommend ! Thankyou

Following on from such a positive experience with the sales reps, I have just had Dean and Ray out to complete the work, new guttering, down pipes, facias etc, what an amazing company to deal with, the lads have been brilliant, the job is excellent and looks amazing, I even had a little bit of siding which was not on the job sheet, BUT, they did it for me just to make sure it all looks brilliant. From start to finish I would highly recommend Swish for any home improvements, everyone I have been in contact with has shown great respect and as an older lady treated with such respect, not spoken down too or taken for a ride. Well done Swish, be proud of your workforce they are amazing x

5 Star to swish home improvements. James came round and measured our windows followed by the surveyor Steve. We also enquired about a conservatory which Steve went through all the details, we got a good price and went ahead with it. Jack who fitted our windows has done an excellent job and left the job spotless. Two weeks later Dean and his work mates had taken our old conservatory down and refitted a new one. I can honestly say we were extremely pleased with the workmanship thank you to dean and all the lads involved. The surveyor Steve was excellent very helpful and went through every detail and made sure any problems were quickly resolved, A big thank you to Steve and all at swish

Excellent job expertly done. From start to finish Swish have been very professional in their execution of dealing with the customer from the salesman , the surveyor and especially the two lads who fitted the window ,Jack and Richie, two of the most pleasant and friendly lads you would ever wish to meet.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We would highly recommend Swish, we have just had our old conservatory removed and a new orangery built in its place. It’s taken less than 3 months from the original sales call to the finished article. The surveyor Steve was amazing, he has years of experience and was able to advise us on what he thought would work better with the plans we had and because of that we are over the moon with the space we have now to what we would have had if we stuck with what we thought we wanted. He was also on hand all through out the project and would regularly call by to check on the status. Each of the different Swish teams that came were fab, friendly, efficient and tidy, we couldn’t fault any of them. We honestly couldn’t fault them. Thank you Steve for being so great, Swish are lucky to have you and thank you Swish for a fab job done :-)
