We have been attending Chris’s swimming lessons every Friday since our son J was just 3 months old, and now at 8 months old, we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Chris is an outstanding swim instructor. He always takes the time to clearly explain each exercise, helping us understand not only what we are doing but also how it supports J‘s development and confidence in the water. His instructions are easy to follow, and his enthusiasm and encouragement make every lesson enjoyable.

Most importantly, Jasper absolutely loves his swimming lessons. He gets so excited when it’s time to go, and it’s been wonderful to watch his confidence and skills grow week after week. Chris creates such a positive, fun, and supportive environment that both babies and parents feel comfortable and engaged.

We are incredibly grateful for Chris’s patience, professionalism, and expertise. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fantastic swimming instructor for their little one.

My son has been at SwimWay for a term and we love our Friday morning lessons. Chris is a wonderful teacher. He is incredibly engaging and supportive of the children. The small class sizes mean there is much more personal feedback and encouragement - Chris treats all of the children as individuals. My son has grown in confidence and ability in the water.

We have booked up for next term.

Our daughter did several holiday courses at SwimWay, from not being able to swim at all to now being able and comfortable floating, diving and even swimming a few meters in such a short time!
Her swimming instructor Chris is a fantastic teacher- not only is he very nice and easy to get along with for you as a parent, he as well has a very great way to get to your child and make their swimming session fun and interesting! He always gave me a short summary of the session him and my daughter had and really took time to think about what would work best for the next session to plan ahead etc. - really appreciated!
Our daughter loves her sessions with him and we're certainly going to be back.

My four year old has been learning to swim with Chris for less than a term and the progress that he has made in that time is fantastic! Chris is a very knowledgeable and experienced teacher who is exceptionally kind and patient. The pool and changing area is immaculate and lessons have never been cancelled and are always on time. Highly recommend and we have signed up with swimway again next term.

My son has been swimming with Gleb at SwimWay Sheen Mount for the past year, and the progress he has made has been fantastic. Thanks to Gleb's patient and professional coaching, he has developed great swimming technique and much more confidence in the water. Gleb is encouraging, knowledgeable, and makes lessons enjoyable. We highly recommend him to any parent looking for an excellent swimming instructor.

Sandro is an amazing teacher - enthusiastic, kind and patient with a great ability to make the lessons enjoyable and fun. My two-and-half year old granddaughter has had three lessons so far and really looks forward to her swimming adventure every week. Thank you so much for making it such a wonderful experience for her.

I’ve had my son with Rheanne for nearly two years now, and we’re really pleased with the experience. She has a natural ability to make sessions enjoyable, and my so has always come out of the water with a smile. Her warm and encouraging approach has meant he’s been consistently happy to go to his lessons — which, as any parent knows, is half the battle! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

My daughter has been attending Swimway since it first started in Kew, and the main reason we’ve stayed all these years is her teacher, Ms Dovile.

She is an exceptional swimming instructor warm, caring, encouraging, and highly skilled. Recently, my daughter had just returned from a school residential trip and was extremely tired. She was ready to skip her swimming lesson that evening, but Ms Dovile encouraged her to get in the pool, made the class fun and engaging, and still ensured she practised and made progress.

It’s these little things that make such a difference. Knowing that my daughter is learning from someone who is not only an expert teacher but also genuinely cares about her students gives us great confidence. Ms Dovile knows when to be fun and when to be firm, and she strikes that balance perfectly.

Swimway has very impressive swimming pools with great facilities. We are especially impressed with her instructor Dovile, who's amazing at her job. Because of her our little girl has gained so much confidence and new abilities over the last one year. We would highly recommend Swimway to all parents looking to teach their little ones to swim in a safe and fun environment.

Anna Fragki has been superb with our son (8) since she joined SwimWay Kew earlier this year. His swimming has come on leaps and bounds, and she really brings the best out of him. Thank you Anna!

Marcel has made our son’s swimming journey the best it could ever have been. He has made swimming from hes least favourite sport to he’s most favourite sport and we are forever greatful for everything our son has learned and will continue to learn as we plan on staying with Marcel till the end. Can’t thank him enough.

The personalised lessons that are tailored to each child doesn’t just ensure that they learn to swim but ensures that each child loves going to their lessons and learning every technique and health and safety measure there is to learn.

Athina has been the most incredible teacher to our daughter, who is now doing butterfly (age 5!) having perfected front crawl...! really amazing progress. We've tried most swim schools in the area and Athina/swimway have certainly been the best. Amazing teacher/student rapport, amazing development, daughter really looks forward to her lessons. Strongly recommend!

Anna is very kind and professional! My daughter (7 years old) swimming skills improved so much under her teaching.

I was nervous about signing up for swimming lessons after 30+years, but I shouldn't have been. Kirsty has been a great instructor and really helped me correct and develop my swimming. The other attendees in the group classes are very good team mates and helpful and supportive.

Really recommend baby swimming lessons with Chis - I have been taking my now 5 month old for the last 2 months and his lessons are enjoyable, calm, informative and fun. I have done baby swimming classes with other companies in the past but feel these lessons are more structured and we are building on exercises each week.

Marcell is the excellent swimming instructor. He has attention to details. My son has learnt a lots from him. So this reason I give five stars

Our daughter (11) has been swimming with Chris at Home Guard for about 5 years. Before Chris, she was super nervous in the water but Chris immediately put her at ease and built up a huge amount of trust. She is now amazingly confident in the pool and has progressed beyond all expectations- with near-perfect (according to Chris!) technique across all strokes. Every year at renewal we need to ensure she is assigned Chris as he is phenomenal. Can’t recommend him enough.

My son has been swimming with SwimWay since he was a baby and we have been so happy with the teaching and his progress. His current teacher - Gleb - is brilliant, kind and has taught my son how to swim with technical precision and pacing. Thoroughly recommend!
