I was having issue with my bank and card, so my paypal was limited. So I tried this service and it didn't work. I thought it is scam and wrote bad review. But, customer service reached out me and constantly persuaded me to try again. But again, didn't work. The reason was that I was from Russia. Russian paypal has many restrictions and seemed doesn't accept virtual cards. So, I asked my friend to give it a try to prove this service is not a scam, and tried. My Japanese friend tried it, and it worked like a magic.
Honest review here. They might busy to respond, but really working service. They are not scam, they are legal and trusted service.

DO NOT trust the reviews. Just read some of it and you'll see they're spams. These guys gave me a card that got flagged by amazon and got my account suspended. When I asked them for more details on the card they straight ignored me for 3 whole day.
