The gift basket was really nice, well wrapped with good quality content inside. The delivery was long due to Covid-19, it was a birthday present and I placed an order 2-3 days before.You need to order nearly a week before the date to get it on time.

Glad you liked our gift basket Gabriela. It is highlighted on our website however that deliveries are taking longer due to covid. When you ordered it was lockdown and also the halloween rush was well and truly on, we've had to stop taking orders on occasion even to catch up during the halloween and xmas periods. On our order confirmation we do ask customers to get in touch if orders are urgent. All orders received and shipped are sent an order confirmation email and dispatch email with tracking details, DPD also email/text with delivery times within the hour. If you didn't receive any communication, perhaps these emails went to spam for some reason or the email address given is incorrect.

There was a slight issue with stock, and while they tried to circumvent it, it was unavoidable.
They are considerate, polite and have excellent service.

Hi Stephen, you're referring to Floppy Dolphin, the manufacturers recently changed the packaging of the product from plastic tubs to bags, product is the same just the outer packaging different, we just didn't get chance to update image on website.
