Received my order today, Masks look and feel AWESOME!

Absolutely impeccable service from Bags of Ethics (a Supreme Creations Company) on their new Designer Face Coverings. Fantastic quality product (I bought them because they came 2nd in the Which? guide on face coverings), and delivered without a hitch. Their sales team even followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I am!! Highly recommended.

I bought the face coverings after reading the magazine Which? Best Buy Report. I really like the RIXO, Julien MacDonald pack- bright cheerful colourful designs that cheer me up. Also really like the pleats and the straps that go round behind the ears. I have a small face, so the adjustable straps help tighten round the face. Well done for working towards such nice charitable causes !

Ordered the bundle pack of mask on 17th and already received the delivery. Great product. Had to adjust the straps a bit, but once done it fitted perfectly. Have placed orders for my family members as well. Also ordered the kids mask for 2 of my kids. They gonna love it!!

Appalling service, best avoided. Our masks were ordered on October 31st. The order was acknowledged immediately and later the same day they emailed to advise that the masks had been dispatched, which was impressive. However they hadn’t arrived by 13th November so I chased them up. “Our warehouse as (sic) despatched your order, it will we with you by Thursday”. Two Thursdays came and went and still no delivery, so I emailed them again and demanded a refund. I’ve just received another email with exactly the same wording (complete with typo), promising delivery at the weekend and totally blanking my request for a refund. So allegedly the order has (or as) been despatched three times. We’re not holding our breath for delivery at the weekend, or ever to be honest.

I ordered facemasks beginning of November after ten days i contacted them they told me they would re send . Next delivery date no masks again this is twenty days. I email them no response . So contact them on social media, they blame the couriers, the dont use couriers they use royal mail ! The tell a friend their local royal mail depot has a corona virus outbreak so it's there fault ! Contact royal mail this is not correct. When I question this they block me off of social media , so twenty days no masks and lies so I ask for a refund which is ignored. My other friend gets an email blaming royal mail she checks with them nope no problem, they then say we will refund you in six days, so you want to leave me and my family with no masks for a month and not money to buy them ? Then that say weve transfers your money, guess what no money in my account and being ignored again. I would avoid this company at all costs, they take your money and do not send out your goods pri just lies constantly in emails , and social media the sakme, there is nothing ethical about this company ! Avoid avoid avoid .

Update,I have have not received my masks or a refund or complimentary ones I've been promised lots even it's in you paypal look now followed by you have to wait soc days I have all the emails as proof .I've been promised alot but still have nothing, you've been blocking messages on social media as your responses are so bad for to many. You need to send less time lying and only take payment for what you can provide !

I dont think its productive to get into a convoluted conversation. I notice however though that you use the Which? logo to promote yourselves. I have already emailed Matthew, Pete and Pri so any information you need, you already have.

I ordered these face masks after they came 2nd in a Which review at the start of November and received two emails to say that my order would be sent out w/c 9th November. By the end of the week, still no face masks, so I emailed Bag of Ethics to see what had happened, and noticed that the reply email went to someone called Pri at a company called Supreme-London rather than Bag of Ethics. Pri responded with a somewhat strange email apologising for me being unhappy with their customer service, although I'd never complained, just asked when my masks would be delivered, so this made me suspicious as I thought they must be getting a lot of complaints to send out a stock apology email. I was also told that I'd already been notified that there was a delay at Royal Mail, which I certainly hadn't, and was then told my masks had been dispatched and would be with me by 19th November, but have just now received another email, the one presumably they were trying to tell me they'd sent a couple of weeks ago, saying there is now a delay at Royal Mail so my masks have been delayed. There are certainly no delays with Royal Mail that I'm aware of, and having read everyone else's experiences on Trust Pilot, I only wish I'd looked here before I ordered the masks as everyone is saying something similar. I'm starting to wonder if I will ever receive these masks, and those that have received them haven't been impressed with the quality it seems. I have contacted Which to direct them to this page.

Update on review below- customer services contacted me and have been helpful and responsive. Problem likely to be Royal Mail. They are sending out more masks so I have changed review to 3 stars. Can’t say more as have not yet tried the masks.

Bought the two packs of the masks on 31st October and money immediately taken from my account. Delivery stated was within 10 days. On 4th November I received text saying they had been posted. Still not arrived 10 days later (14th) No answer to messages or emails. Will not be using company again, and suspect I have lost my money.

They might be first rate at preventing the spread of the coronavirus, but first you need to keep the thing on your face. The buckles don't hold the elastic straps, which slip through at the slightest increase in tension, unless they are stitched or stapled. It appears that the straps are to be reset each time the mask is put on. Ridiculous!

Bought a pack of masks directly from Bags of Ethics. They look great and found them really easy to adjust....but the elastics have frayed on all 3. Also after washing once they have faded and the adjustable bar for the nose is sticking out through the material. Bad quality, if it wasn’t that the money contributed to charity I would have asked for a refund. I wouldn’t bother buying if you want to wear more than once.

I forgot my mask so bought a pack of these , they are absolute rubbish ! If you wear glasses and behind ear hearing aids they do not work !! I have had to adapt mine to fit as to throw away would have been a very big waste of £15 !!

Purchased face masks through this company as a gift for a friend. A full 10 days after paying them for the masks I receive an email advising they’re currently out of stock! They cited the government’s recent announcement on mandatory face masks as the reason. I wouldn’t mind, but I purchased the masks a week before any announcement was made!! I only purchased through this company as it’s website showed the items were in stock. I finding it infuriating, and also deceitful when websites are inaccurate in this way, thus securing your business!!
When I dared to challenge them over my missing items, the correspondence I received from Pri, their ‘sales coordinator’ bordered on downright rude!!
Overall I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the entire experience of purchasing from this company.

I have used Supreme Creations twice, and on both occasions they supplied excellent bags, strong and smart. Their customer service is excellent too, patient and helpful to the most inexperienced customer.

Very happy with Supreme Creations and nice to know their bags are ethical.

Great service, Great bags. Easy to deal with and very accommodating. Review of delivery methods and customs to be taken into consideration.

Great service and great product. Who could want more? Good price? We used to produce our merchandise in India and although they are good, too, by the time we had added in import duties and carriage charges, producing with Supreme was better, too - even though the bags were also made in India. We loved getting photographs from the factory showing the people there making our bags. Of course, working conditions there was a worry but we checked and all is good.

Excellent service. My only reason for not giving a 5-star review is that the proofing system wasn't very intuitive. I thought that I had approved some proofs, but in fact, I was holding things up because I hadn't completed the procedure

This company must be fake, incredible, thy take your deposit monay and never deliver. Answers are only if they want you to continue and pay. Very bad !!!!!!!!!!! cassare Gmbh Switzerland
