I viewed the website yesterday and I did see that there would be a 15.00 charge if you signed up.
I did not sign up and found the 15.00 charge the next day on my bank statement which I will now need to dispute.

Purtroppo per recensire ho dovuto inserire la stella, nemmeno quella di meritano. Sono stata presa in giro. Ordine fatto! aspetto qualche giorno ma controllando no riuscivo a tracciare il pacco. Insospettita scrivo e con tutta calma, rispondono dicendo che il prodotto è esaurito.. quindi se non cercavo io, nessuno mi avrebbe mai avvisato? Così dico che devono rimborsare immediatamente e mi propongono un cambio di prodotto dello stesso importo, accetto e confermo il cambio.. da lì sono spariti!! Così mi decido di scrivergli di pugno dicendo che se non avessi ricevuto risposta entro le 24h avrei recensito negativamente tutti i social e dí aprire un disconoscimento con il processo di chargeback. Adesso attendo! I soldi ormai li ho persi, ma loro hanno acquisito una cliente fastidiosa perché oltre a commettere tutti i loro social si beccano una bella multa
Cash grab
Asking 300$ for a suit and when it arrives the balaclava is missing, wear it twice and it's already damaged from the rubbing of your shoe while running and sleeve of the vest has marks and stopt just from coming in contact with the (sharp) logo on the pants. Thought these were meant to train in. Anything other than sitting still does damage to this overpriced item. Hop it's just this one, as i preordered another before it arrived. Not very impressed. That and the CONSTANT messaging your phone to harrass you with publicity makes to really dislike this company. Contacted "customer support" twice for this problem and nothing. Don't give your hard earned money to people like this who have no pride in what they do
Lack of communication during exchange, had to ask for a refund
I ordered two 2XL mens shorts. They fit more like a large from other companies. I usually wear XL in mens shorts.
I emailed and asked about an exchange for the bigger size. They said I could choose something else or I could wait to see if 3XL shorts were returned and I could do an exchange and the bigger size would be reserved in the system.
When the 3XL popped up, I did the exchange online, shipped the too small shorts back like instructed. Several days later, I look online and even though they received the shorts, nothing had been done. I emailed again and asked when the shorts would be shipped. They said the 3XL was out of stock and I could get a refund.
Currently waiting on a refund. I ordered in May, received in September which is fine, I preordered them and that was expected. The shorts are okay for the price.
Other companies automatically refund you if the exchange can’t go through for whatever reason or at least send an email that you need to communicate with them what you want to do next. There was no communication started on their end.
Oredered items 4 &5 months ago with no arrival
I had ordered three different items in March and april. We are now in mid-august and the status on the orders have not changed. And requesting a full refund as the extreme delays are not acceptable. Do not recommend this company. If it's not a scam, they are likely a significantly understaffed or allow an extreme number of orders that they can keep up on.
Excellent product price and service
I own several products from this company, but never had the pleasure to deal with them directly. If theres any issues with your order if you just communicate it, they will solve it. 100/100 thanks again!
Super Heroes Without Capes
I originally ordered an XL Deadpool & Wolverine XL sports jacket, of which I was later informed had a printing defect — Marve, instead of Marvel.
Super X sent out an XL hoodie with the correct printing, but looked over my note for requesting a Large hoodie, seeing as how I had lost weight in between the times of both hoodies being dispatched. After a few emails exchanged between myself and the lovely Michelle, I was able to eventually fulfil my order. She went above and beyond for me :)
Fake advertising of limited quantities
I made several purchases based on the promise of limited quantities for each design. But the whole thing got more and more fishy. First they say 999 for the design. But I add up the numbers for each size and they exceed 999. Some people say it's 999 for each size. Which isn't how it's worded on any of their promotional material, or on the site. But okay fine.
Then I observe the numbers jumping around each day, often increasing. It's like they display low numbers to draw purchases, only to "release" more the next day.
And most recently, they have started to reissue these limited designs. This completely destroys the whole point of limited editions, and is ripping off customers who paid their high prices which could only be justified by the limited factor, which was what they were pushing from day one. The excuse given is that the numbers were never fully manufactured, but allocated over several runs. Even if that was true, there's the obvious problem of deceiving your customers that stocks are running low, to entice them to make orders. And who actually believes that? It makes no sense to separate the designs into several runs given that they supposedly sell out fast. Not to mention the previous in-stock numbers already meet or exceed the quoted quantities. They clearly don't understand the concept of limited editions, you can't have everything be so ambiguous. Sell out means sell out.
The owner Austin seems more interested in showing off his Cybertruck than giving a proper explanation to customers, simply blocking them from his social media pages when they bring up anything negative. Instead of doing the right thing and dropping the limited factor with new products, he's retroactively removing the limited status on old products while denying it. Looks like the wealth has gotten to him and he just wants to sell more product with minimal effort.
SuperX lies to their customers
I am writing this due to SuperX false advertising some of their products as collectors editions limited to a very specific numbered run. In October of 2024 SuperX launched their Marvel Venom line. They advertised a an Oversized Pullover limited to only 250 units. Their site's FAQs also said that they DO NOT restock after products sell out. Their entire Venom line basically sold out.
I was made aware that SuperX was doing to drop the same exact Venom gear on 5/9/25. They even had the Oversized Pullover still advertised to only 250 units. I contacted SuperX via email, Facebook and IG asking how can they justify misleading their customers. I was told that it wasn't a restock, they had left over merchandise and returns from their October drop. When I asked since the gear was already made will it ship immediately and they said No, because they were switching warehouses. ALL LIES
When the gear dropped on 5/9 the Oversized Pullover, that were supposedly limited to 250, there were over 400 still available for presale and there was a 16 week wait for them to be made.
When I exposed SuperX of the fraudulent lies I was blocked from all their social media. However I screenshot every correspondence.
HORRIBLE UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY
Wrong order received and cannot get a hold of them.
I ordered a hoodie from their website and was sent two women's bathing suits (i am a man). Accidents Happen, but when I reached out multiple times to get this resolved, they ghosted me. I am now out over $100. I do not recommend ordering from this place.

Fantastic American Company
I've seen a lot of negative reviews on SuperX and I just don't understand what's happening in these instances. I've purchased more than 20 of their products since 2018 and each product has been phenomenal. The process times stated and expected shipping times stated are always on target. If things are impacted by Tariffs for example, they are letting customers know. Every instance of return or exchange was easy and prompt inside of their return policy window. In stock items do not have bad lead times for shipping. You get email notifications when your products are shipping and when they have been delivered. The ONLY things I've ever run into were, an instance of buying a restock hoodie that was size L. Order was completed but they came back and said they didn't have it in stock. Offered me M or XL or refund and 10% future coupon for the mistake, and this was during a big Black Friday restock and sale, so extra busy time for them. Great experience. Another issue was the first Marvel collab product (Wolverine suit). The Marvel tags were misprinted and read "Marve" on that product. The CEO took full responsibility and ate the cost of replacing each hoodie ordered with another hoodie with the correct spelling logo and did not require a return of the first one with the deviation. I love the company, love the products, love the designs and materials. You absolutely get what you pay for and the long lead times for each suit being hand built to order is well worth it. Everyone I've recommended the company to has loved their purchases. Give them a chance and you'll find no other activewear products out there are on the same level.

Top quality clothing, been loving this company for like 3 years now. Customer support helped me a couple times and were super nice. I cant believe some of the reviews I've seen. I've never had a problem got like 14 super suits in my collection. Hope nothing but the best for SuperX.

I’ve read some of the reviews here and I must say I have not had a negative experience at all. Issue for me was the amount of Firefly apparel wasn’t enough for me to get my size. I ordered what I could and I must say I am impressed. Great concept. Great fabric. Great communication. Customer service has been kind and I am hopeful, more of what a, like the Gi Joe Firefly gear will be made in the future. Thanks all! I am a loyal customer.
Cool clothes, terrible company
I’ve bought two items, and attempted a third. When new items come out there made to order, so fine if it takes 12-16 weeks then so be it. But 12-16 turns into 18-20 and so forth. There’s poor communication, no shipping updates, you need to reach out to them and stay on top of them for information. Tried to buy a third item because, even tho this company is terrible my husband loves the clothes. Says item is ready to ship and expected in 5-8 days. Then nothing, two weeks later I reach out and they tell me oh our bad the item was never in stock. I request a refund and they don’t even refund the full amount I paid. Cool clothes but terrible business management skills. Stay away or wait a few years until they get it together, if there even still around by then

purchasing "in stock" means nothing. I ordered an in stock item early February. It was ready to ship a few business days later and now it's the 19th and my order still hasn't been shipped out. I'm told it will now be shipped in March, if it ships at all. Now im concered.. So much for "In-Stock ready to ship"
Phenomenal Experience
Cannot express how phenomenal my experience was with the customer service reps were! Far exceeded my expectations in a wonderful way. Kept me informed of where my suit was, every step of the way. With both of my orders, they arrived 4 days and 5 days earlier than anticipated. I, in my haste, forgot to apply a discount code, so I reached out(can provide receipts)to see if my mistake could be resolved, and whomever I talked with, made sure I was able to have that discount applied even though my order was already processed, and it was resolved quickly. Look forward to doing more business with these guys and what's in store for their future collaborations!
Great Customer Service!
I pre-ordered a hoodie in October, and it arrived in December. I tried on the jacket for the first time, but the pocket zipper broke off. I contacted customer service, and they made things right! The customer service rep was friendly and understood my issue. They sent a replacement and made the experience shopping with SuperX a lot better!

If I could give a zero, I would. The CEO of this company is a white supremacy supporter who rejects science and denies actual autism traits. He has loudly stated his support of white supremacy and I have the receipts.
