Great value and great service

Steve and the superpool team were reliable and friendly. The pool table arrived on time and installed perfectly. Their service and equipment feels like great value. Steve was on hand to answer questions and all in all my experience was first rate. Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant experience

Absolutely brilliant experience. Steve is such a great guy very professional and extremely helpful. My table was delivered on time and was set up perfectly. Top job 10/10

Terrible terrible terrible customer…

Terrible terrible terrible customer service - the table arrived months later and scratched - after contacting them many times and broken promise after broken promise about fixing it - we have now given up. Please do not buy from this company!!!

Completely avoid this company

Completely avoid this company, buy elsewhere and save yourself time and hassle! I bought a table with accessories in early November - you just get fobbed off after you have paid - table was finally installed after much chasing and left not levelled properly and legs all assembled in different directions, still waiting for correct accessories to arrive almost 3 months later with no response. Overall a terrible experience.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!! Initially told 6-8 weeks delivery, it was 8 months before it arrived and when it finally did arrive it was without the table tops. Finally got the tops delivered and they were all warped, didn’t sit flat and had several printing defects. Was told they’d be replaced but after another 4 months of weak excuses and getting fobbed off, I still don’t have replacements and I don’t even get a response anymore. So 1 whole year later and I’ve paid for a defective table which they won’t do anything about. Oh …and it was put together incorrectly by a guy who said ‘don’t really know what I’m doing, I’m a gardener, this ain’t my usual work’!? Steve the owner is a rude, lying, money grabber who doesn’t care once money is in his account- stay away

Absolutely Amazing service from start…

Absolutely Amazing service from start to finish.
The workmanship is second to none. I was kept informed of the process regularly.
The install was quick and efficient and the end result is amazing.
I would highly recommend Superpool.co.uk

Super pool, Super inferior product

I agree with all the other reviews, this company should not be trading. Totally misleading in that the table is supposed to be refurbished. What a joke, my table could have come straight from the dump. It had been recovered, although quite badly. Avoid like the plague.

Buy elsewhere as won't turn up when they say

Placed order with them where Steve promissed he would be with me when in my area in 2 weeks.
After 4 weeks I chased him up (via WhatsApp as this is their preferred method) where he said 2 more weeks.
Chased again after 3 more weeks and he didn't reply.
Have tried to contact Steve 3 more times over the last 2 months and he has not even had the courtesy to reply in any way once.
Total waste of my time and lack of customer service.
I will buy elsewhere and recommend you buy from a company who have basic common decency.

Still waiting after almost 8 months

Ordered end of January, due delivery end of April, delivered July. Missing bits and top needs to be replaced. Promised missing bits and new top end July still no sign or indication of completion. They did promise by the 15 Sept, still no sign ....

Very disappointed

Don’t care about the customer, bad outdoor table Avoid Avoid

Late delivery, very very little communication or keeping me informed or answering emails. Below is a couple of the problems, there have been many more.
When fixing my table after delivery (took over 2 weeks to try to fix, keep getting problems with ball return and cloth, bad table should have done more research) they ‘accidentally’ took 2 of my pool balls. Said would return and let me know when sent next day, did not let me know and still waiting for return 4 days later and tomorrow is Sunday, however this was Steves response ‘ It’s a simple mistake and we’ve rectified it. Adam apologised and they were sent overnight. Can’t do anymore. By the same token if you were that desperate you could have piped down and collected !!!!
Some times mistakes are made. It’s called being human’
He says i could go and collect, they are about 1hour away and it is their mistake.
Another response from Steve ‘Adam apologised to you. He told you what was going to happen. And it’s happened. If it’s not good enough why didn’t you say that then!! You have everything bar the snooker balls as there are none in the country. Happy to give you a refund if that’s what you want. They’re here in a few weeks. If that’s not good enough either then let’s part company now. We’ve apologised and that’s as much as we can do. If genuine mistakes aren’t your thing……… what can I do to change that! Nothing can I.
I know I can’t make everyone happy but we’ve done nothing that you didn’t agree with…….. so what more can I do’

Remember I have still not received the balls back, can get same snooker balls from Amazon which I have now ordered in 3 days. Ordered 21st September now 13th November. Also balls now stick from different pocket and cloth same as before with ridge next to pocket. Adam said problem when they glue it and I should rub the ball over it to get rid of it’, that does not work again I should solve their problem.

Also again I am the customer, Steve says to part ways. Easy thing for him to say to try to get rid of any responsibility. Only way for that to work, which I would be more than happy with, if they give me a full refund and collect their defect table.

Theres always two sides to every story! You were kept in the loop. On top of which every time we did offer an update three days later you'd tell us you hadnt been told anything!
You rung about an issue with the table and Adam came to see you (you keep calling him Gary). Whilst he could'nt find anything wrong with the table he went right through it ,just incase.
Unfortunately when the tools were picked up, he put a blue and yellow ball in his bag (thinking hed brought them....).
As soon as he got back the workshop he realised his error, but you are over an hour from us. He called you (I was with him when he did this) and explained his error and we promised to courier them overnight, but they wouldnt go till the next day (Thursday). You were fine with that......
They went the next day via UPS on an overnight, the tracking number was supplied. They didnt get delivered on the Friday at which point you called the girls in the office and the delivery guys, many of whom spoke to you and explained the situation, again. You then started texting me regarding the issue. I have no problems with the couple of replies i sent you, nor that one you quoted. You basically hadnt listened to some of what you were told during the purchase and you also misquoted the actual discussion you had with me and what I have heard, when you talked to other members of staff.
Not once have you called in regard to getting the table refunded and removed. We have never discussed this. You still have the table. That says it all really. It was a good purchase after all!!!

Superpool - great company

An excellent company. Great customer service. Very helpful as I did not know enough about pool tables. The guys who fitted the table were friendly, but also Covid savvy, so took all precautions. Highly recommended.
