Brilliant customer service
The first one was missing, reported it and another was sent out with a different courier, whilst it was an inconvenience, I can’t fault Tools uk, they handled it quickly and professionally.
The tool is exactly what I expected as I have several Ingco tools and they are good quality for a cheap price.

INGCO 40v Lawnmower
This is my third purchase from the company, the most recent being the 40V lawnmower.
Can't fault INGCO, the products are amazing and customer service first class.

Battery tool purchases

Such an easy transaction from start to finish. Email notifications regarding delivery were very good. Delivery was very quick too. The whole thing from order to door was around 3 or 4 days. Very happy and will use them again.

I bought a pair of garden gloves
I bought a pair of garden gloves. I can't recommend them enough ! As I have a large garden ,I needed strong enough gloves that would pull out brambles ect ,without thorns getting into my fingers . The gloves fit well I would highly recommend this company and I will be back .

Robust, Reliable & Great Value – Highly Recommended
I’ve been using tools from SuperIng Co for several months now, and they’ve consistently impressed me. The tools are not only incredibly easy to use, but also surprisingly powerful, resilient, and well-built. They’ve stood up to regular use without any issues, and the battery life outperforms even some of the much pricier cordless brands on the market.
Design-wise, they look great and feel solid in hand. Everything about the experience reflects excellent value for money—affordable without compromising on performance.
I’m already planning to invest in more of their range and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, whether you’re starting out a business or working across multiple trades. Or just an avid DIY-er Super Ing Co has definitely earned my trust.

Complete disaster! Ordered from INGCO Professional Tools UK, but the quality was subpar and the tools broke easily. Not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
