It was delivered okay but it was not stitch perfectly in the left pocket. I guess it is okay, since the pocket has a zipper. I can grab stuff in my left pocket from the inside pocket with the front zipper closed.

Love the clothes! Sizing for bigger people in the USA has been challenging but I think I understand it.

Literally every single item, 8 things, were all the wrong size. I had to return everything which was not an easy process. I'm highly disappointed in my favorite brand. It will be a long while before I think about buying
from Superdry again.

The customer care service is very late in responding. Not that active compared to other companies

I paid shipping for my first purchase and then after got a coupon. Coupon should be for first purchase. The SLIM fit coat was huge and shapeless. Then I had to pay shipping to send it back. Not going to be a repeat customer.

We were very upset with return policy, as we were not sure we won’t get shipping fee back when we return the item and also if we need to return we need to pay for shipping label, this is so insane.

I really enjoy my experience when shopping at Superdry weather it is in store or on line. The customer service in-store on 34th street, I have experienced to be professional and friendly. I try to check the location every season. I love the quality, integrity and style of the garments. I am always able to find something I really can not do without to build my wardrobe. I noticed whenever I wear something from them I Always get compliments on it. In closing I would say please continue with the Integrity and Quality first and foremost. I also do enjoy a good sale.
