In store the staff were very helpfull. Not in stock in neice size so arranged it to be delivered for free. Fast an efficient.

The sales girl was good, the coat was not in stock, but she ordered the right size and colour there and then. A few days later it arrived, no problems.

Ordering online is a breeze. So easy. Pick up from store so no delivery charges and great service in the shop within the Trafford centre.

Extremely good service. I went to the store to buy ski clothes but they been removed the day before. The two members of staff were incredibly helpful and the manager went to get a selection of ski wear for me to try on. I found the size that fitted and made a purchase. Lovely staff and great experience.

Bought for my daughter as she wanted a super long coat to keep her warm and it's perfect. It's a lovely coat very well made, just what she wanted. Staff where very helpful as well.

Where is my purchase? It’s been a week and I have not received it nor have I any update on the delivery. Very disappointed.
Bought it in store for home delivery as they didn’t have it in store at the time.

UK is being cold as usual, I was at the Trafford Centre getting the things I need to get and after few drinks at the cocktail bar, I almost gone home, but managed to remember to get winter coat before leaving. I went to the store, they had last one in the stock of blue navy coat that going to cost me £139.

The employees and the store was good, professional and one employee asked if I needed a bag.
