Good product quality. Superdry also has a website where products can easily be found.
While service on the shops is good, Staff does not mention about possible online offers, and try to push clients to immediately buy the product or order it online through the shop.

That was great experience it's so fabulous jacket which I took but I was so disappointed for staff who is service delay !!

Store was in the new(er) Stratford mall. Shop was literally packed with good stuff. So much so there wasn't much room to move. Staff were friendly and quick. My new winter coat is excellent.

I recently visited the Stratford store. It was a good experience. I liked the products. And I bought 2 items

We arrived at the store late. The security guard was closing the doors. When we explained we were from out of town and caught the tube especially to purchase something at this store and we would be quick, he let in. Even though the shop assistance were dealing with a difficult transaction they were extremely pleasant to us. Exceptional service from this store.

Small shop which I prefer and have lots of stuff.
The cashiers tow lovely ladies were so nice and polite despite they deal with some rude people as I observed. Give them a pay rise

The jacket we wanted wasn't in store, the customer service received from a member of staff was very helpful. They were able to locate it online and place an order to be delivered to my home. Very helpful and my daughter is pleased with her jacket.

This is the perfect winter coat! The length is just right, the material is perfect not flimsy at all. It’s most definitely water resistant and keeps me warm. I love that the pockets are have zips and the coat also has pockets inside the coat itself and a netted pocket also.

I wanted a jacket but they was t my size and the staff advised to place an order and she assisted which was very easy and she was very polite. Thank you to her.

At the till the man served me was very rude and unprofessional..

The lady on the till helped me order my coat with the colour I liked 👍🏼 because they did not have it in the store.

wasn't a bad experience just wish that the tag would say the correct size,for me it said on the tag that it was a size 10 yet i came home and saw it was a size 14
