The product arrived during time stated and packed well. The product was good value for money as I got it during the sale sale. The sizing does come up quite big and loose. I probably would have returned it but I didn't have tithe time. I was very disappointed with the size as I had other clothes in the same size size as the coat and they fitted well but as mentioned before the coat does come up big.

More staff at tills, please!
My only gripe was that there were about 15 people in the queue, and only one person attending the tills. Very lengthy wait for a Sunday, which is always expected to be busy.

Floor support
There was no one on the floor to help. We did end up getting my husband a jacket but me I struggled so got nothing.

The coat and the verity is amazing. Coat is comfortable. However the staff take too long at the counter. I waited 20mins even though I was 3rd in the queue.

staff were super helpful, they got an item off a very high hanger for me and found the right size, also the item itself is very nice. the lady at checkout helped up figure out what size i needed to get for my item

Helpful friendly staff member. Store was clean and easy enough to navigate. LOVE the Superdry coat I bought, long red coat which very warm comfortable with lots of great features such as multiple pockets and able to tighten in at the waist.
