Staff very friendly & helpful

I purchased a long line Superdry coat on line, on receiving it I found it was to big, I called your Silverburn store to ask them if they had one in stock, the girl I spoke to was very very pleasant and told me she was sorry but they did not have that one in stock but I could bring in to the store and they would return it and send off for another one which they did and I received two days later fantastic service

Ordered a new coat as there was a 20% discount offer on. Picked it up from store a couple of days later. Great service.
The cost is great, its warm and kept me dry on a 4 mile dog walk.

Staff were extremely helpful, The item I wanted you did not have in my size so they ordered it online for me.

My first order, bought on line, was flawed, took it back to Silverburn store, the staff dealt with it very efficiently and a new item was delivered in 2 days, they weee so helpful, friendly and understanding

I ordered this jacket online and it was available for collection days before I was told it'd be ready. Great quality jacket, fits perfectly and looks fab - what else can I say? Thanks again Superdry!!

Efficient and quick service. Had occasion to visit the Silverburn, Glasgow store and the staff were most courteous and helpful.

The guy was very helpful as they did not have the size I needed. He said he could order it and get it sent to my house at no extra cost and it arrived 2 days later

I have bought online and in store recently and have found staff in store helpful and accommodating when dealing with both purchases and returns. A really positive shopping experience.

I did an order click and collect. Didn't fit and had to return item. Assistant's on each occasion were very helpful, cheery and happy to assist with no fuss.

I went to the store to exchange two items and the service was great. One of my items was out of stock in the smaller size but I received a refund really quickly. I also received my exchange quickly and loved it!
