Girl on the checkout extra helpful, I was going to buy 1 pair of slides as couldn't find size in another colour. she checked for me said they had 1 pair and went to look and found them for me. Very helpful.

The attitude of the lady was so bad, her customer service needs to be trained honestly. She doesn’t have customer service at all.

Warm and professional staff.
Member of staff was personable and professional. I asked for discount through a work based scheme which he acknowledged and applied. Other retailers aren't so good at it.

I was shopping for a particular item which the Nottingham shop had in stock, no problem and the hoodie is so far as good as all the previous ones I've had. However, I would say I find your stores dark and too cluttered to browse easily. As an older shopper I find that off putting which is a shame.
