The assistant that served me at the till was excellent! I’m quite difficult to please but she was so helpful, helping me source items, offering options to order in/ deliver, checking for sizes. All with a smile. Good job

Premium brand... worst customer service
I bought 2 coats and a hoodie and I needed to send one of the coats back as it didn't fit quite right. The returns process is absolutely crazy and is completely broken. The online chat system is broken and from what I can tell looking at all the feedback on here it hasn't worked for months. This is a premium barnd that costs far more than it should for what it is, and yet they have the worst customer service. Primark tries harder and has better customer service than Superdry. I ended up going into store in Milton Keynes and I was met by a rude assistant on the till who couldn't have cared less about my issue. An issue that was simply a wrong size coat the needed swapping for a better fitting size. I ended up forcing a full refund and walked out. I can't believe my disbelief that a company that charges so much money can't be bothered to improve it's processes, sort out their broken website and hire and train staff who actually know how to do their job, know UK consumer laws or at least smile. Ridiculous.
