Usually fantastic service but...
Usually fantastic service. The new store manager was unwilling to get a jacket not on the shop floor then flatly stated it would be over £200. I glanced down at the armful of shopping I was ready to purchase which was roughly the same amount so I was unsure if it was being implied it was out of my price range, told her to never mind. At the desk I was forced to endure an absolute train wreck of small talk as well as being told the items I was buying wouldn't fit me before I could depart. The quality of customer service in this store used to match the quality of goods. Unsure if I'll continue to visit this store.

Could not fault the process
The cashier was absolutely incredible in the Maidstone store, he was so helpful and cheerful. The delivery was quick and the sliders was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted.

i sent one of the coats back as it was to small. when in the shop returning the item the cashier was excellent very polite and sorted it with a smile on her face and lovely attitude

Friendly, professional and honest. That was just the staff. The products speak for themselves
The staff are always exceptional but on the occasion I took my daughter to get her mum another jumper they were extra. Really polite and helpful and really accommodating for my daughter who is 3. The interaction and welcoming attitude was nice and was talked about at home and with family after the visit. We were surprised how good the customer service actually is. Alice was so happy and asks to go back she didn't even get anything. Alice just loves the staff there attitude and friendliness. Well done Superdry. You certainly pay for what you get.
