Superdry - Colchester Bewertungen 

I went into Superdry Colchester branch Mon 25 October with my husband who is in a wheelchair. Although the doorway is huge, both sides of the entrance was almost blocked by far too many full clothes rails and display units. It was almost impossible for my husband to get in the store and navigate around the store without moving or banging into each rail. I complained to the shop assistant who just gave me a dirty look and said, "oh sorry!" Then walked away. She could have asked us what we wanted to buy and assist us. We finally bought a coat after 3 coats fell on my husband and he nearly knocked over coat stand. On the way out a shop a assistant sarcastically sniped behind our back "oh! He got his coat then!" Not only is it a fire hazard! It's outrageous! Disabled people like shopping too! My husband was so embarrassed and upset. He wanted to shop online but planned a day out specifically to go to Superdry to buy a winter coat. He felt humiliated. I'm disgusted! I messaged fb Superdry and was advised to email hq, which I have. I have no idea if the clothes are good, I just wanted to get out of the shop, without anything else falling on my husband!

Went into Colchester store on the off chance i could get a replacement lense for my sunglasses Ive had a while. lady manager was so helpful when I explained I loved them
so much, and said even though I didnt have a receipt I could get money off a new pair that were simular as good will. fantastic service in my opinion and she made me feel still a valued customer. will buy again!

Got to the store to collect my parcel as I had ordered online, big mistake and for sure I will never do that again! Got home to find the order was wrong, I got mens shoes completely different to what I'd ordered, so off I go to the store to return them, well, I have was met by this very unpleasant highly strung manager who in so many words told me that because I had ordered online it's not there issue and its a customer service issue so I simply asked what do I do to which she ripped my head off and said "well that's what I'm going to assist you with' she then tells me to show her what my order was and she will see if my shoes are in the store which thankfully were but according to her I should think myself lucky she had a pair in stock! Wow just wow I was literally speechless, so very rude! I called customer service and was apologied to and was offered a £10 voucher and after 3 days I'm still yet to receive it via email as promised so not happy

It was 4 rather than 5 because I’m never sure whether the sizes come up small. Maybe if the sizes were marked in inches/ cms. Delivery is good and fast!
