Shopping at Superdry in Cheltenham was a lovely experience. The store is well laid out, there is a good selection of styles & there were plenty of sizes available.

Staff were very helpful and polite, offering their assistance when needed. I would definitely shop here again.

Bought a polo shirt for our holiday, worn once and found a tiny hole forming at the corner of the placket, returned with receipt and exchanged, very quickly and politely dealt with.

Good communication regarding purchase and delivery. Very disappointed with both jackets, a birthday present for my husband-only opened on his birthday. One jacket had a damaged zip resulting in not being able to unzip it. The second jacket was quite tight even though it was a medium.
I have returned them in the original package though the post office wouldn’t scan but labels. I am left hoping that both will be refunded. Both purchased from Superdry Outlet on line.

I ordered a cotton contrast stitch track top. Well made. Quality garment with 2 pockets. Ordered a teak brown & i liked it so ordered washed black one. It was reduced so bought them. Superdry stuff are not cheap, discount goes a long way
