After a lot of faffing around on the SUPERDRY website. I went into the Canterbury store to see if they could help.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the help I received.
Charlotte was excellent and restored my faith in SUPERDRY again! She was helpful in every way, and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were really helpful. Excellent service
The staff were really helpful as we were looking at sale items. The size I required was available online and they ordered two packs for me. Also a sale item was slightly damaged so they gave me a further discount.
Excellent service and I was very glad I stopped to look in the store.

Easy to order in store for free home delivery!
My husband liked a T-shirt in store but they didn’t have his size, the lady explained she could get it ordered and delivered to us for free. It was so easy to do and within 3 days we had it!

The Indian store attendants was extremely helpful and took out time to pull out good suggestions for us. Sorry did not get her name, hence identifying her by her ethnicity. This was at your Canterbury outlet.

Superdry Canterbury
I went to the Canterbury store after 3 years since my last visit which I could not of had a better experience in the store with the help of Reeta who after spending 10-15 minutes with her she helped me purchase some underwear for me where she went above and beyond for me.
She even got out a few pairs for me to look at to see what ones would better suit me which in the end I made a purchase to which I then made another purchase for my brother as she was so helpful.
I would like to highly recommend the store and to get served by the member of staff as the staff members could not of been more helpful to me and my brother.
A one in a million to everyone who is involved in the running of the store.

I was buying a top for my grandson and the member of staff was so helpful. He seemed really interested and explained sizing and possible fashion trends. I was pleased with my purchase and would definitely go back.
