Excellent service at the Bury store. Such a high level of customer service received. Kieran was so very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We will certainly be shopping there again. The items we could not purchase in store was ordered online and delivered in a matter of days. We are super pleased!

I didn’t get the ladies name(brown hair) from the Bury store but she very helpful, helped me with my questions and also found a bigger size in a different coat to try on for size. She ordered my coat for me, got me 10% off deal, which was offered when I walked in.

No size coats I wanted in stock so had to order online. Delivery quickly arrived unfortunately I had to take it back. Helpful staff in both Trafford centre an bury stores.

I was bought joggers that didn't fit from the Internet, wasn't sure if I could go back to the store so I popped in the bury store. What excellent service I received I few other high street stores should manager there businesses like suoerdry.

Spoke to a sales person in store and was told the coat I bought would be good in the rain for about 6-8 hours pay 149 for a coat that I got wet through within 15mins of being in the rain. Not good at all.

I gave Superdry 5 stars on the rating of there quick delivery’s when ordering on line and items do seem to come very quick, but it would be nice to pick your orders up in store as well as it only gives you delivery to home at the moment as when customers pick order up from store you could see if you wanted to buy anything else.

I went to your store in Bury Greater Manchester, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. 10/10 for service and for being so nice.
