Superdry - Bristol Cabot Circus Bewertungen 

I ordered two pairs of shoes, both came relatively swiftly, first pair are great, love them. Second pair were odd sizes, one size 6, the other size 4, so had to return to store.
The staff member I dealt with was bordering on rude, kept on asking me if the shoes had been worn, even though I said I'd ordered a size 4 and received odd sizes. He only chilled when I could show they were odd shoes in the box, so I couldn't have worn them, not a pleasant experience.

The staff in store were great, they didn't have the right size, so I ordered them to store, when I got home, the security tag was still attached, so I had to remove it myself, which was a bit thrusting.

Assistant placed order in store as the item I wanted was not available. Package arrived 3 days later with my address on the front, wrong item inside and delivery note addressed to someone else. Returned item same day with copy of my order details and receipt still waiting for refund

I complemented the staff on their great service. Little things … answering their phone, looking for my size to exchange, checking my jacket before bagging and just being super helpful and friendly.

Went into a store to buy a coat but the one I liked they didn’t have my size, so spoke to a lady and we ordered it online to be delivered to my address. Very helpful and coat is fab. Very happy

Very disappointed, I followed your size chart and ordered size 14. It was huge, I returned it for an exchange and confirmed online my return for exchange had been received. I got a refund about a week later so I’m assuming they must be sold out.
To be honest judging by the size 14 I now think the 12 would probably have been too big.

I love their clothes. They're made well which is hard to come by nowadays and keep you warm through the winter months.

I was shopping other day in Superdry Cabot. One of my favourite store. Staff is always nice and helpful. Plenty of choice and also I love the coat we purchased!! Thank you :)

My order never arrived, I have emailed and received no response.it appears something went wrong with the delivery.

I love the long fiji women’s jacket. It’s is slimming and very warm. The sizing is very confusing though. It runs small, so order the next or even two sizes up.

Had items delivered to a local store to ensure I get them for Xmas and although I had a text message to say my items had arrived when I got to the store they said they hadn’t arrived. After 1hr of pestering them to keep looking they eventually found them but couldn’t care less.

Love superdry for he quality of products and service.

Service was good and arrived ahead of the day the store told me. However, the person who served me in the store for my in-store purchase and my home delivery could have been a lot more friendly. Her attitude wasn't good when all I did was point out the paint on the rail was on all of the stock. I asked her to check the store but the only stock was what was on the rail.
Shame because I use Superdry quite often - especially for Christmas presents

Staff in shop were very nice.

The staff were extremely helpful at Cabots Circus.
As a new customer I was made very welcome and had never been in Superdry before as I had wrongly thought it was more a store for youngsters than a senior citizen.
I was in there because my grandson wanted some new "Trackie" bottoms and I was treating him.
He quickly found what he wanted then asked me if I was looking for anything, I said yes a coat but I said they would not have what I wanted.
He went over to the coats and found me exactly what I had been looking else where for.
It was of good quality and the price was value for money.

Recently I visited Superdry in Bristol to pick up a dress I'd ordered. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I'm definitely not their target customer but they made me feel very welcome and relaxed.
I was able to try on my dress in the fitting rooms and it fitted perfectly. Hurray!
As I was leaving a staff member offered me a bag to take my package home in. Unnecessary, but thoughtful. Really appreciated the great customer service. Thanks guys!

My visit at Superdry is great although no suitable size for me, staff help me to order one online. Delivery took three days to me, overall is good !
