Customer service great no complaints but delivery not so great had to delivery times did not arrive then missed third delivery,as did not notice new time on emails.

Needed black jacket urgently and spotted this wool jacket at half price. Collected next day in my local store and was delighted. Lovely jacket, soft, comfortable and well made. Very pleased.

Quality goods with quality staff
My autistic adult son is welcomed in this store and the staff are friendly and helpful with finding sizes and styles. I feel at ease and it encourages me to buy. Kindness is an underrated quality and I feel the staff at this store offer excellent customer service with kindness.
