Superdry - Birmingham Airport Bewertungen 

Purchased a coat(and other products)for my wife at your Birmingham airport shop. I was reassured that the coat would be delivered on the day we returned from a week’s holiday. I received a dispatch email the next day saying that it was sent. Too early and contrary to what your staff had told me. One of your staff looked at your internal ordering system to give me an expected delivery date. I changed the delivery address to my neighbour’s house on the evri portal. When we returned the package was lying behind our gate. It had not been delivered as requested. The weather was damp. I was unimpressed that the delivery had not been made as I originally was expecting nor in accordance with my alternative instructions. This is both a training and logistics issue to address. We are going on another trip from Birmingham in the winter. We won’t use Superdry next time as the trust in order for delivery is broken. Question for you: why offer delivery options from an airport outlet without deferred dispatch? It has just led to a disgruntled family who regularly shop with you.

Ordering was easy, quick delivery and an overall good experience.

I seen a lovely jumper instore at the airport and unfortunately did not have my size but the lady in store was so helpful an said to me she could find out if she could order it up for me, which she could and only after 2 days I had that jumper at home.

Really nice quality clothing and good fitting

Fantastic product

This coat is nice and warm. It has weight to it which keeps me warm in winding cold conditions. It has a spacious hood due to me getting a size bigger. The only problem is this jacket absorbs water not best for heavy rain. ( I got the Everest Hooded Puffer Bomber Jacket)

I liked the concept of recycling plastic bottles to make a coat you would never know this.

My first Superdry purchase and it was a good experience. The shop didn't have what I was after in the right size, but the assisstant was able to order one from another store (or hub, not sure) to be delivered to my house free of charge which arrived a couple of days later. Very helpful.
