Fitter very nice , but information not passed on to him regarding removal of blinds.This had been agreed with myself ( Mrs Allen )and your company director .Both the fitter and his assistant were polite and helpful, they did take blinds down but they were not refitted on completion of the job, also as the new roof is higher I thought there would have been a finishing strip of white PVC would of been fitted to the inside wall.

Competent, knowledgeable salesman, painstaking surveyor, excellent and professional fitting and a reasonable all-inclusive price. No quibbles just great service.

I used Supaglazing 18 years ago to install a Kitchen window. They did a fantastic job so I decided use them again to install a Bedroom & Bathroom window. 2 friendly fitters arrived & fitted the windows.

We had our windows & doors installed by SupaGlazing Strood. From the rep to install it was perfect service. Fast efficient service. This was in 2014 I called them back 4 years later to a little problem. They were there in no time sorting it. I can’t fault them at all. My parents had a conservatory fitted by them also. If I had to describe this company in one word..."Toxic". My experience was truly awful which lead to Fensa having to step in to resolve matters. I almost needed to get the police involved (for the record, once installed, they cannot come and remove your windows and doors - despite any threats they may throw at you) along with legal representation. The Director was incredibly rude to me and I felt her bad attitude was the culture within company. They would not acknowledge the poor service I received and when things have gone wrong they simply cited their terms and conditions to me, were generally unhelpful, aggressive and deliberately awkward at every opportunity. I was left feeling their one and only priority was collection of monies regardless of anything else. They were not at all interested in providing a positive customer experience which was a shame. My advice is to steer well clear and if you do decide to engage with them, withhold payment until you are completely satisfied with their work. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The instalation guys removed the old double glazed door in short time with minimum noise, then they installed the new composite door with colour of my choice.
Very pleased overall, looks very nice from outside, and the interior aspect looks better than my previous door,
Any mess made was cleared away.

Supaglazing recently fitted 2 Doors to one of my properties, they arrived on time, were efficient, polite and friendly, they checked all aspects of the fitted doors, ensuring they open and closed smoothly, and that the locks worked - I was, and am, very happy with the result - and will definitely call on Superglazing, for my next project

The Supaglazing process is quite smooth but CAN have some small hiccups.
To be fair, the lad who drilled the wall to secure the framework (for the glasswork) didn't realise the particular wall he was drilling into was 'single-skin' and 'broke out' when his drill-bit when through. It has since been repaired perfectly.
Another question is whether the 'roof should be flat' or slightly inclined - there is room for this.
The 'slab'/outside brickwork, having been dug-out and built-up is itself fine but water does pool around the perimeter (as opposed to running away). Not a problem as yet but would have preferred it to 'run-away'.
All lads/guys presentable, sociable/pleasant enough.
Finished product seems absolutely fine - pleased!

Work carried out quickly and well, and both fitters were friendly and very helpful. Cleaned up well after the work carried out. Very happy with the result and standard of the product. Have used Superglazing in the past, and would definitely use again in the future. Would recommend them to anyone

SUPAGLAZING WHY IS IT UNTRUE???

I have used Supaglazing for the last 17 years without a problem until now.
I had 4 replacement windows fitted to the front of my property at the beginning of April.
Fitters did a great job apart from dislodging some spardash from around 3 of the windows which I understand happens.
It has now been 7 weeks and dispite several phone calls and emails no one from Supaglazing has arrived to repair the damage as promised.
They are now not returning my calls or emails and I have paid out for another contractor to repair the damaged.
I will be sending the bill to Supaglazing but Im not holding my breath!
Terrible after sale service,one guy was rude to my wife on the phone and then put the phone down!
I will never use this company again!
Supaglazing you do make my smile !! So you have been to repair the spardash have you? No you havent and the windows were installed on 31st March! So how can you call the review exaggerated and slanderous?

I had a slight problem with a working part on one of my windows, which worried me.
But I should not have worried at all.
Mrs Jones, a lovely lady from Supaglazing rang me, and sorted the problem within minutes.
From that moment, I had a engineer arranged by Emma, and the engineer Big Steve came and fixed the problem,
That's what you call customer service, the best there is.

Well done to Supaglazing, fantastic, of course people worry when things go wrong, but with this company, don't worry, they were great.
