Supaglazing fitted all of our windows over 11 years ago, and they are as good as the day they were fitted! And so when we wanted to have a new front door and garage entry door replaced we chose Supaglazing again! We are delighted that we did so, as although there were a few minor things needed to be sorted, Mike the Salesman, and Gary at the office, ensured that their excellent team of fitters got everything done without a problem, and we would recommend and use them again in the future. Well done to Supaglazing and their excellent team/staff. Excellently manufactured products too!

Don't trust this company. It's been a year since Supaglazing, Strood, damaged our carpet on fitting double glazing. It took 3 months for them to provide insurance details of the installer, 7 months to answer the insurers questions.They never provide a receipt or the guarantee for the main work. We have just taken them court and won a county court order against them. Last week they had to provide us the outstanding guarantee. We still haven't received it. This week they are due to pay out the claim settlement.We have been appauled by the lack of integrity of this company and would strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere.

The price was great value and the work was done extremely well. It was just 10 days from quote to completion of the work. When we were told we would get a call or the fitters would be arriving, it happened. No pushy sales - just a genuine family business that wants happy customers.

We are very pleased with our new windows and patio doors. It was unfortunate that the glass on the patio doors was scratched so had to have temporary glass. It was arranged that the glass would be replaced last Tuesday but when the fitter arrived he explained he wouldn't be able to do the job as the glass was too heavy for one man. I could understand this as the doors are enormous but I think commonsense should have told the person who booked the job. So he had to come back with another fitter last Wednesday. Also the beading had been put on upside down on the landing window which was changed on Wednesday.

It took a while for the work to get started but couldn’t fault the workers or the quality of their work once they began the job.

Very good speedy service. However apparently due to lack of business for the fitters (according to the fitters) two sets of fitters (4 people) turned up to fit one door and two windows (including one bay window) which did seem like overkill and resulted in quite a lot of chatting and banter between fitters.

We have just had our second major glazing job - our porch, completed by Supaglazing and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They are absolutely fantastic, their prices are amazingly competitive (we couldn't find anyone that cam close),they have lots of experience and the quality of work is amazing. They completed all our windows three years ago and it is so much warmer, smarter and quieter in the house now. They have done an equally great job on the porch and in such a clear, professional and high quality manner.

The fitters we had we’re outstanding, Rob and Carl. We had a tricky double bay which caused them a bit of delay and extra work. They worked with it, never moaned and completed the job to a very high standard. Cannot fault the fitters. I feel the administration could do with a customer service course of two.

Had a problem with the leaded window in my daughter's front door, which was about 4 years old, so I phoned Superglazing and they came round and repaired the problem the following week. Excellent service.

The fitter were brilliant even down to explaining how the door locks works and asking is everything okay for you.
