Wow, what a great cycle shop. Have nothing but praise for this company.

Ordered a bike for my son’s birthday. From ordering to delivery it was 5 days and that was even over the Easter bank holiday!

The communication from them was excellent, they even offered an upgrade on pedals as the ones we chose were out of stock.

DX were great for delivery too.

Having been badly let down by another company and DHL who lost our bike, it was so nice to deal with a company who know what they are doing and how to ensure great customer satisfaction.

My son is absolutely over the moon with his bike and can’t wait to get out on those hills!

Have had a few bikes from Sunset with no issues. Last bike did unfortunately have a couple of minor issues… but the guys at Sunset responded with excellent customer care. No hesitation, such a helpful, positive response it was genuinely refreshing.

They reviewed my photos, provided solutions, forwarded info to the manufacturer. Bike was collected, all remedial works undertaken and then shipped back within a couple of weeks.

Sunset Cycles are an awesome bike shop. Myself and friends have had several bikes each from them over many years. Their customer service has always been amazing, even on the rare occasion when things have gone wrong (warranty issues that were obviously not their fault). Highly recommended

From the first telephone call to the last this company definitely went the extra mile to keep me informed of the process from leaving a deposit to dispatching an incredible bike.

Worst bike shop I've ever used.
Poor delivery, poor communication and poor set-up.
Bought an electric MTB bike, got lost during delivery, and delivered two by mistake to arrange return. Very stressful purchase. After a 100-mile ride pedal came out, almost had an accident.

What a bike shop! I've bought 3 bikes from these lovely people over the years and I honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Throughout the buying procedure the team could not be more helpful, answering and dealing with any query before you know it. Just top notch customer service at incredible prices. You really can't go wrong and I couldn't recommend more!

Excellent service and they really go the extra mile to ensure that your order arrives on time and is well packaged. The bike was delivered with only minor and assembly as expected and advised with it being set up ready to go. Highly recommended and I will be a returning customer.

I’ve taken speedy delivery of the Orange bike and my first impressions are great! I’m a fussy bugger and it’s been wonderfully pre-built, with minimal (perfect) cable slack and all assembly parts seem pre-greased. Thank you!!!

Just bought an Orange MTB from sunset, great price and the service was incredible. Ordered late Monday, arrived on Thursday and in perfect condition, no scratches. Simple to build and ready to hit the trails this weekend. Thank you Sunset, 100% happy.

Can’t recommend Sunset bike’s highly enough. Ordered my new bike on the evening and was told it could be ready to collect at 11am the next day.

I ordered a bike an orange p7 27.5 in large. I was kept up to date all the way through until the bike arrived. After the bike arrived I had problems with the gears not being indexed correctly. After trying to set them up my self I found that the derailleur hanger was bent. I email sunset cycles about the problem and asked for advice on what they would advise. Well a week later and no response from them. On their web page it says they respond with in a day. I’ve heard nothing from them and have order a new hanger my self. In my personal experience I would avoid purchasing from them they don’t answer you when you leave emails and expect a response. I’m now out of pocket at the cost of £33 on top of purchasing the bike.

Since I left my review I’m happy to say sunset cycles have responded.
They refunded me for the part I purchased and also gave me compensation for the inconvenience.

Great service
Ordered a new bike under the cycle to work scheme as the price was the best I found online. They were happy to hold it until my voucher came. The wrong size bike was delivered by mistake but once I phoned the store they arranged for it to be corrected the very next day which exceeded my expectations for the swap. Can't fault the service and price at all.

Prompt great value tubeless rim repair from Whiti in Sunset workshop. Back in time for tomorrow's ride.

Great service, very knowledgable. Ordered the Ibis Oso on Monday and it was delivered the next day. Well packaged and easy to put together. Had never heard of the company before but found them on an internet search. I would recommend them to anyone
