Had to pay over 200 euros to get 2 taxis to take us back to the airport in time to get our flight, have registered a complaint but keep getting told can take up to 54 days to investigate complaints, dont respond to emails .
Happy to sell the holiday bit not so keen on dealing with complaints

I’ve just booked 2 holidays for next year and this is mostly thanks to the amazing staff at Sunmaster.
The amazing Miss Kelly who was dealing with my booking was just tremendous in every positive way. She made our booking became an adventure, with so much info and options to choose from, it wasn’t stressful like it usually can be with other agencies. Sunmaster has a golden Angel in Miss Kelly and I hope they keep her for ever because me and my family will keep coming book booking holidays with Sunmaster as long as she deals with us.
Once again thank you for helping us choose the right holiday for us.

Booked with this company twice and both holidays have been great..I would have booked loads because we go away 3 times a year only thing that's stopped us was we cant add luggage without ringing..its a bit of an inconvenience because if it gets a bit too pricey with luggage at least you can look elsewhere without all the hassle of we can do it at this price and all other stuff you get...so we tend to book with another company now so we can see the final price and book there amd then.. please adjust your website so we can add our luggage to the final price online..

We have used sunmaster on several occasions to book holidays,the last two holiday's have been booked with the help of Karen wood as been extremely helpful in finding the holidays that are right for us,she has been very patient with us and insured that we found what was right for us and everything was in place for us, always pleasant and polite.regards Paul gould

Take your booking and email you conformation and the reference number. Then call you back to say that the price has now doubled within 2 hours. False prices on website.
I’m not normally the one who likes booking things over the phone. I’d rather do it online, however, the website kept crashing and didn’t want to lose the Great deal Sunmaster were offering. So I reluctantly phoned up and have to say spoke to the nicest lady EVER. Her name was Kelly. So polite, helpful, Courteous and sorted out my booking with no issues. Kelly even gave her time to look for cheaper deals etc and finalised my booking with lots of patience, explaining everything to me that I needed to know and understand about my holiday. Kelly made the booking so easy to do. Thankyou

As seen as you will not answer my emails or even speak on the phone…. I have stated I will tell the truth into your company and what you advertise for hotels.
Firstly let’s start with the out of date photos you use for hotel shall we…
The hotel is run down and dangerous…. The reception area well smells looks like a car boot sale…. In which they are seeking items at high prices which guests have left behind … filling shampoo bottles up with left overs and then selling them on…..same as Lino’s and pool noodles ones that are left for others to use they are selling on at stupid prices
the pool area well where do I start with that the Astro turf matting old ripped seams not together so a trip hazard dirty not cleaned at all cat pooh all over…the so called jacuzzi pool has two shower heads one has broken and is left with the metal pipe showing with ruff edges…. Not even capped of… broken sun loungers…. Guest drinking in the pool with glasses….cats freely going into the kitchen. Staff well here we go…
On arrival met with oh you here…. Booked rooms next to each other and with a view… rooms on separate floors until I pulled my paperwork out…. View well if you call a building site a view….. kettle wire had been broken had been taped together with masking tape yes masking tape…. So couldn’t use that….
We was hardly at the place we went out most of the time that’s how bad that was
So first night awoke to fire alarms going go off in which a guest had done that coming back drunk…. Nothing done about that…. Second night the people above my daughters room fighting woke her and the children up daughter went to complain got told it can’t be they only just got here…. Funny that has she recorded it again nothing done.
The best part of this
My daughter was only starting a week so in the Saturday 3rd Sept she had packed the night before didn’t know she had to leave the room for 12 as it would of been no problem as we would of out her luggage in our room, well went out to feed the children etc came back to be met getting out the lift by a female staff member demanding to know where we had been and about the room, told her we would move her belonging out but no this person just kept at us all the time followed us to the room going on and on in the end I told her my daughter had paid for 7 nights not 6 and her air con was also paid for 7 nights
Well she stormed off saying it wasn’t her fault so I replied it is not ours
In getting my daughters stuff out she came back with what I will call a violent drunk manager Who barraged into her room bearing in mind 2 children present the youngest only 6 screaming at us I pointed at him and told him to lower the tone as children present with that he grabbed my wrist and bent it and raised his fist at me …..this is when my husband pushed him off me and my daughter stepped in between
He screamed I am calling the police so told him too and to get out his hotel
So tried calling Sunmaster no success
Phoned the so called rep he wasn’t interested
Sent email to Sunmaster in which I was told to find other accommodation till Monday
Monday comes gets an email saying they had investigated this and we was to blame so they wouldn’t refund and to make our own plans for accommodation or they could at a cost or a flight home at extra cost
SO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS IT IS ALRIGHT FOR THE VIOLENT DRUNK MANAGER TO ASSULT ME FIRST BUT ITS NOT ALRIGHT FOR ME TO BE DEFENDED
HE WAS PUSHED OFF ME TO BREAK HIS GRIP ON ME HE WAS THE ONE WHO LAID HIS HANDS ON ME FIRST
BUT SUNMASTER WILL NOT EXPECT THIS
SAYING MY HUSBAND BROKE THE BOOKING TERMS BUT WHERE IN YOUR TERMS DOES IT SAY I CAN BE ASSAULTED FIRST AND THAT IS ACCEPTABLE
On returning to the Uk we have read reviews about Sunmaster and this hotel they advertise…. We are not the only ones to be assaulted by this manager he has assaulted children as well
So please stay away from SUNMASTER and THE GOLDEN MOON APARTS in Kusadasi

YOU HAVENT TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS AT ALL THE OFFER WASNT DECLINED YOU WAS TOLD A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

She clearly ran through the whole request, highlighting what had changed since I sent the request in (I’d been working so had missed a few calls!).
She rechecked everything and ensured that I still had the best possible deal.
She was super lovely and helpful!

Booked holiday Friday 9/9 for 9th Dec then realised had wedding to go to 17th Dec. phoned to change date before we had confirmation snm number was told it would be £200 to £300 to change date,now being charge £400 to cancel as they say flights were booked. Waited 25 mins for phone to be answered.
