Really saddened by the shoddiness of the potting shed I ordered from this company.Everything about it is "cheap" and lacking in any thought or care.Customer service is negligible and my emails are ignored.Summer garden buildings are just agents for the manufacturers, so when something goes wrong-they appear to take no responsibility.I was told by the manufacturer that parts of my shed should not have "left the factory" in the state they were in.I would not recommend this company.Avoid!!

I like the look of the bin store ,but only wish you had jigs to help line up the wood , the doors were all level at bottom yet had 10 mm gap at top . and i know wood is dear but a little bit thicker but as for instructions send the man back home to china i will try to put it right and send a photo soon

Well made product,easy to assemble but instructions could be clearer. Up and fitted by one man in 4 hours.
Will use company again.

A very well made product with a good finish which i feel will last for years,the instructions are all pictorial and the order of assemble is clear. However you do have to study them with care.A very good product and could be completed in a day, but you do need at least two people.

Love the product. A couple of problems with the quality of the screws and bolts so be careful, but otherwise no complaints. Just have a look at the video first then follow the instructions and you should find it easy to erect.

Ordered gazebo which came on time but absolute rubbish quality! Metal was cheap quality for the price I paid. Returned item as wasn't happy with quality and was holding water. It was so hard to get my money back and luckily paid by credit card so finally got it back through charge back or else this company doesn't want to refund for faulty and rubbish quality things they sell . HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It’s not clear that this flimsy bike shed comes like a Meccano set in hundreds of razor sharp sections which are neither quick nor easy to assemble.
On the customer service side, the website for ordering was poor so I had to call a taciturn salesperson who explained that the courier wouldn’t ring a doorbell but instead dump the packages in the back lane.
The courier did arrive a day late so not a great start.
Now that the shed is up (it took 2 full days to complete) I can say that it does work and is secure but that powder coated surfaces are scratched and I wonder how long before it starts to rust. The rails that are supposed to support the bikes aren’t wide enough for mountain bike tires so had to be abandoned.
If I’d know it was such a hassle to construct I wouldn’t have ordered.

Purchased a log cabin from this company. Initial contact was very good and we felt optimistic about our purchase. We are not novices to building a cabin and were looking forward to our new addition. Firstly, the initial starting process, only 2 logs are provided which means there is a gap at 2 ends at the base so we purchased wood to close the gap at our own expense. The cabin was supposed to have a 6 pane window, the one we got was 9 pane (wrong window) so we had to cut 10 strips of wood to fit the larger window in. A lot of the wood was warped which is to be expected with a natural product but it shouldnt be dry and brittle and this is extremely challenging during building, however when we got to the roof there was 3 planks that were too badly bent to be used so we contacted Summer Garden for replacements. When they eventually phoned, they seemed to think it was funny. "Use screws and if the wood splits call us back. We can give you replacement boards but they are at the back of a warehouse somewhere and would take us weeks to find them" (in other words, we cant be bothered getting off our fat backsides and getting them).....We just spent £2 grand on this cabin and thats the sort of answer you get?? Of course the wood split, it was shaped like a banana and as dry as the desert. Not good enough!!! We couldnt wait weeks on replacements, especially with the unpredictable weather. We had to purchase a large waterproof sail to cover the roof and keep everything dry while we sourced replacement boards ourselves and fitted them...again at extra cost to ourselves. Free felt shingles? One pack alone had 10 ripped shingles, many were ripped and torn or folded and unusable and when you got to the top of the roof, the shingles didnt fit, i.e. no matter how you place them you were going to have black bitumen showing through so we had to purchase a roll of roof shingle felt to cover the black and finish the roof without it looking as stupid as we were to buy from this bunch of charlatans. Even the screws supplied are garbage to match the pathetic instructions. It is actually like an obselete cabin that we have been sold (not fit for purchase) it has cost us an extra £500 to complete the project to an acceptable safe standard. There was not one piece where we didnt encounter a problem of some sort and what should have taken us 3-5 days to complete has taken us a month due to poor quality wood, missing parts, wrong parts, no replacement parts and having to source items ourselves. I wouldnt touch this company with a bargepole, they take your money and run with no aftercare service provided whatsoever and whats with the "dont call us, email us"? like they know they are selling crap and cant handle complaints on the phone!!!! Save yourselves the grief we have had, buy elsewhere!!!!

The building is simple but effective. The lack of a floor means a lot of attention had to be given to place it on a firm level base so that it was square and the door closed properly. In the end used a very carefully sited vertical fence post inside the building to give the stability and rigidity needed.
So a useful building but not an easy one to put up and make effective.

Absolutely shocking company made me wait weeks before replying to my emails. My gazebo collapsed luckily no one was near it. They originally delivered it to wrong address and wanted me to go find it, customer service is shocking and they don’t value their customers at all. Avoid avoid avoid

the bench arrived safely and within the predicted 24hour time frame. It was easy to assemble and looks great in its new spot.

Great quality product and speed of delivery and ease of assembly

I am VERY disappointed with this product, unfortunately.
Some of the wood is soft like balsa wood. Several pieces of wood are split, there is a nut missing from the lid hinge, I've had to glue the splits and purchase nuts and bolts for the hinge. The locks are flimsy. We have located the bins on a flat surface with slabs but it doesn't sit well, rocks and does not feel stable.
I will have to treat this bin store with several coats of high quality treatment for it to last even 1 season.
For what I paid I am very unhappy. This item is not a quality item.
I have sent photos and emails but I am still waiting for a solution response from the company.

Very poor product, ordered a waste bin shed now returning it is a nightmare. Avoid company at all cost.

The canopy I ordered is overall of good quality and fair price. Though the cheap black screws they include in most places are not suitable. I had 3 heads snap off, several more with mostly stripped heads. After I realised this I decided to use screws I had with an IKEA set and they worked much better. Thankfully the few heads that snapped off were not too important. I reached out to them via email about the issue and disappointingly, they did not respond.

HI we purchased a 2 seat garden bench came very quickly very pleased ,excellent quality and very very easy to put up great buy & service.

Lean to veranda. Completely ignored my request for missing parts. Don’t trust the tech screws, the quality is rubbish and they will snap. As will the little black screws for the end caps. Screw fix were a godsend. The product itself is great, went up well although the instructions could be clearer, we did work it out in the end
