I was delighted with the quality of product, which was beautifully engraved, and excellent customer service. All my queries received a prompt and friendly reply and didn't delay the fast delivery. I highly recommend this company and will defiantly be using them again.

Happy with the entire product, and was just as described. Only issue I had was the front logo was blured which would seem to be the result of water damage. Overall still happy, and can't argue with the price or the speed of delivery.

Ordered 100 trophy centres on Monday, they arrived the next day and very well produced too. Excellent service, will definitely use them again.

Would thoroughly recommend Sublime Designs. This is the second time I have used them and I am completely satisfied. I had the personal Logo and text on our medals for a Beaver Scout event - nowhere else could do this for the quantity I wanted at such a reasonable price. Also the delivery was very prompt. Will definitely use them again in the future.

However, Although my medals have been "delivered" I haven't yet received them. I received an email to say that my order has been delivered to a J.Hopkins with no address (I do not know anyone by this name) yet no card to say my parcel had been left with a neighbour was posted through my door. I rang despatch bay (after 15 minutes of looking for a phone number on their ridiculous website!!!!) to be told Parcel Force must have run out of delivery cards, which I think is quite ridiculous and I have never ever heard of this situation before. My address is often confused with another very close by, I am phong my delivery has been left with my neighbour 3 doors down however nobody appears to be home and hasn't been for 2 days. So I hope they do have it and that I get it quickly.

So as of hey I don't actually have any medals. Once again Sublime Designs tend to be very good however I think you should seriously think who you send your parcels with as I am quite frustrated and do not want to take it out on you.

I needed medals for my junior football team. I ordered bespoke items which were delivered in a timely manor. Great medals. Would definitely recommend.

I needed some basic medals for my son's birthday party but had left it quite late to order any. I rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who said that if I placed my order online she would get the medals in the post that evening (I called late afternoon and didn't need them to be personalised). The medals arrived the next day even though it was mid December. They were just what I needed and at £1 each were fantastic value! One very happy son and Mum!

My order was simple: four rosettes (red, blue, yellow and purple). No wording was needed so this should have been a simple dispatch. My order was placed and acknowledged on Wed 26/11 at 18:24. Confirmation was received that the items were in stock on Mon 01/12 and would be received by Weds 03/12. They actually turned up on Thu 04/12 which was fine as I needed them on Fri 05/12. However the blue rosette wasn't there and I had a green one instead. I called and explained the problem and was told a blue one would be posted. However a guaranteed arrival for my deadline of Friday whilst "likely" would not be guaranteed. Apparently because I had ordered after the end of the working day (because internet shopping shuts at 5pm doesn't it) my order actually counted as a Thursday order anyway so they had until Monday to get the items to me. In the end the rosette turned up the day after it was needed (on Saturday). A shame really as the quality of the product is good.

I wanted to order some additional tracksuits similar to ones obtained previously. The tracksuits were advertised by Sublime Designs on their website, so I ordered and paid for them.
The following day I received an email message from SD (& Paypal), informing me that the payment had been refunded because the tracksuit design was no longer available from the supplier.
The 3 star rating is only because SD were quick & efficient in apologising for their error and in making the refund, otherwise it would have been 1 star because they advertised products that were no longer available.

Fast process to personalise my rosettes. They arrive speedily and are much better quality than I thought they were going to be. The image on the website does not do them justice (I almost ordered elsewhere because the image made the product look small and not very well made). The rosettes are lovely and I am really looking forward to sending them out to the competition winners.
Will definitely use again and will recommend to others.
