Needed 40 medals quickly for a family fun day, order placed on the Wednesday, delivered on Friday as promised, they were better than expected and fantastic value. Everyone was thrilled, I will definitely use again and cannot recommend highly enough.

I was very impressed with the quick and efficient service provided by sublime. I ordered on Tuesday and received my order bt the Friday! I ordered around 14 medals, each personalised with pupils names followed by the competitions they took part in. Each one was accurately spelled and received in good condition. For £1 these medals were fabulous! I'd definitely use this sublime again!

I ordered an engraved paperweight on a Thursday and asked for a proof of the design to be sent through. I sent through the logo design and text by email for this purpose straight after placing the order but this wasn't acknowledged as being received.

I emailed them again on Monday to enquire about receiving a proof of the design but this wasn't acknowledged either.

I called up on Tuesday and the gentleman said it was normal procedure for it to take up to 5-6 days before a proof is sent.

I received the proof on Thursday (7 days after the order was submitted) and approved this.

They engraved the product and had it delivered very quickly, arriving the following day on the Friday.

The engraved paperweight looks great and I'm very happy with it for the price.

So a good end product - but just need to work on the customer service side of things.

I wanted some school leavers medals but couldn't get the logo! I phoned sublime and they sorted it from the website. I am so pleased with the result. The order was completed quickly and I was so very impressed. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I brought gold medals with the school logo on the front and the bike competition details/picture on the back for 25 children. Quality was great, it arrived a lot sooner than expected and was a bargain compared to other sites! I spoke to a staff member before making the purchase and he talked me through it all, was very helpful.
