Like many others on here, I'm having problems getting a withdrawal.
I requested withdrawals for £698 in total ,and I was asked to submit proof of ID, ( despite getting the " you've been verified" when I joined).
I have submitted copies of my passport, photographs of the bank card, and a copy of my bank statement ( which is a download, as my bank is paperless)
Today I get their delaying email telling me they can't accept them ,as they " dont accept scans"so they need photos.
Well : the bank card was a photo (not a scan), the bank statement is the digital copy download the bank provides now instead of statements, so only the passport is a scan, and I shall photograph it tomorrow, but given the stories on.here, I'm not hopeful.
I have been grateful to Trustpilot, as I made sure I took screen shots of all my transactions with the company to use as evidence with the IAB arbitration body, as I fully expect I'll have to go legal with these people.
So go elsewhere....I have not had a problem with the main uk bookmakers who accepted everything that STS has rejected.

I deposited £10 and won 50 so withdrew 45 which was in my bank within 20 minutes no problem,I played the other 5 and won 20 so withdrew that, I then recieved an email to say that I tried to withdraw to a,different payment method than I deposited with when I never,only deposited once and withdrew to the same card twice,they paidthe first one but not the second when they were all the same card,they asked me to send in documents which I did and said it would take 48 hours,its now been over 48 hours and they still won't pay up,it's not the money as it's only 20 quid but it's the principal,I will be closing my account with these cowboys as soon as they give me my money

EDIT: so now 3 days later and after sending in numerous documents then being asked to send in the exact same ones again which I did,I am now being asked to send in the same documents again,all this for a measly 20 quid,just a bunch of thieves

I joined up with this site and after several deposits, my account was suspended and I was asked to provide documentation for verification. As an experienced online gamer, I totally understand the company’s reasons for this. I uploaded my documents and waited for the verification, was told this could take 72 hours.
After 72 hours I queried why it was taking so long as was told they would look to speed it up. After a further 7 days, the verification process as still not happened and told by online chat they will speak to the team. I have not experienced such a slow and appalling service from any other provider. I will take my business elsewhere.

Thank you for your reply but over 1 week with all documents showing as verified. Spoke to someone on chat who said they would speak to verifying team and look to speed up. This is not acceptable when I have provided all that was asked and still no resolve or communication. My guess is that you will have lost a lot of business from many if your process is taking so long.

I referred myself through TopCashback my cashback was declined even though I took the necessary steps to ensure it I deposited £30 pounds and should of received £17 cashback the customer service is rubbish the site itself is far from superior to other sport’s betting and casino websites never use!!!! I’d rather use online gambling sites like William Hill etc

I have to say that the payouts seem just and fair and am happy with the speed at which my winnings were returned however I do find the site crashes on my phone sometimes but that is the only flaw I have come across, I did not receive my 500 free spins either however I was content with the quality and quantity of the site. Would be 9/10 for me but can’t give another half of a star lol

Having troubles getting money back they ask you to upload documents.then ask again for more I sent pic of bank card passport and bank statement.even that's not enough for them seems very untrustworthy site to me having seen reviews on here it inforced my opinion very much not to be trusted sites update money on way to my account thanks to one customer service personnel.. still won't be using them again as it Was a lot of Hassle to send and update id.they will say they have to have all id checks but very unique how they go about it asking to much personal data.could be used for fraud!!!! As you see from below standard reply we have to do checks ect .we sorry we have not met standard.ect ect the fact is do your id checks before you take first deposit ....????? I have been given my withdrawal back .but don't think I LL risk my money with them again....
