12 days in and still waiting for a withdrawal request to be processed. I have sent them a message asking how long will it take and no response. This morning tried to message them again and they have blocked me from sending a message. They deleted all my history and it looks like these people are avoiding to make the payment at any cost. Absolutely disgusting.

Clearly STSbet don't even understand what "self-exclusion" even means :')

Before this I deposited £10, lost it, quite liked the site so a few days later deposited £500. Made one £250 bet and a few hours later my account was BLOCKED for "my own protection".

Clearly just trying to be as awkward as humanly possible. Not even letting me access my own bet nor the remaining £250 is disgraceful. If any of this was "for my protection" they would just refuse future bets. They are seriously using gambling addiction as a sly excuse to restrict access to MY money and MY open bet.

Hi.. I'm really upset with this betting site..
I bet more and less £200 and I won £900.
Since a week ago they started ask me documents, when I sent they keep coming with excuses to not pay, first was the PayPal account. Then passaport was not with the 4 corners (lies). What I did I complain to resolve what is a free solicitor, and now they self exclude me..
I'm doing a BLOG I have more then 10k followers.. they doing the revenge .bcz I ask for my money.. they will have them moment from bad fame.. I can see here a lot of complain I will contact Peter Schmeichel, with the tag #stsPeterScheimechelScam

Dodgy site, change their minds over ID you need when you decide to cash out.

Wanting ID I dont own to pay out my rightful cash, its strange they didnt require ID when I was depositing and spending on their site.

I have requested my account be closed, but still they refuse to pay me my money.

As a UK player and not familiar to STSbet, I joined and was impressed at how quick withdrawals are processed.

Only issue I have is I am kicked out every 30minutes and need to log back in when on an iPad
