The Student Support Officers at Stonebridge are excellent and understanding, Andrew Stean was incredibly helpful and provided a swift response and solution to a problem I have been experiencing. Really enjoyed learning my Level 2…
Really enjoyed learning my Level 2 Counselling The learning material was well set out and how to achieve your assignments was also very clear. My tutor was lovely and my NCFE CACHE certficate didnt take long to get sent out and is now proudly on my wall.
An excellent provider of online education.

I do not recommend. Stay away if you want to save your time and money.
Tutor is unavailable for any type of conversation either not responsive to emails. Everything you have to presume. Took me 2 years to complete due to this issues. Eventually completed and pass everything May this year and guess what? No certificate, I have complained but sadly no one taking this seriously, I have requested for this to be escalated but customer service people holding this up by providing unprofessional advise. None of the managers looked into this due to not passing this higher up. Then I heard I completed in August and they still are within 3 monthly time frames- joke!. I wonder where such the incorrect information coming from, I completed in May so 5 months down the line and no one knows where is my certificate. Honestly, I paid over 2K for this course and has no certificate, definitely didn’t enjoy this course. Do not recommend for anyone who wants to avoid such issues.

Andrew Stean was really helpful and had noticed that after having a break for maternity, the time hadn't been added on to the end of the course so extended it to what it should have been. Really very helpful.

Massive support
I finished early 2023, Access To HE Nursing. I left uni 20 years ago & struggled with the moulds, but the management, Wendy, the Head of Faculty Higher Education & my personal Tutor Sandra Brown were so kind and very supportive. The management always listened and made provisions for me, and Sandra was always there to support & direct me.( especially when I was doing unit 19, Portfolio, I nearly gave up)
I don't think I would have completed the course without such massive support.
Thank you so much, Wendy & Sandra, for your support and time.

I have just completed my Public…
I have just completed my Public Relations Consultant course with Stonebridge College! It's been a fantastic experience, both the study side and the customer service side. I've been thinking of studying with Stonebridge a few times in the past and glad I did! The course has helped me within my volunteering role and a lot of the topics I learnt on the course has helped with aspects of my volunteering role. I am now looking forward to using this knowledge further in my career progression and I will defiantly be looking into doing another Stonebridge course soon! Jill Edwards has been an amazing tutor and her feedback has been extremely helpful throughout the course, a great tutor and experience! The material has been very easy to follow and not over complicated like some other places I have studied with! A very good course all-round and a great study experience, will definitely be studying with Stonebridge again soon! :)

The first course I have done with this online learning school. The web portal is easy to use, course material comprehensive and the speed of marking and return of feedback fast and efficient. My online tutor, Hilary Clark, is very good at returning my work and has helped in guiding me to achieve the desired standard.

I bought my course before 2018
I bought my course before 2018; when i bought my course I was told that their was NO EXPIRATION DATE on my course. I recently tried to log in but could not, I then contacted Stonebridge and was informed that my course expired back in 2020. Their were NO EMAILS confirming that the course has expired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SIGNING UP WITH THIS COLLEGE>

I'm forced to reply to you as your claims are full of lies. You never gave me any support towards my condition when I called up to say I was going through family troubles and will not be able to do the course anymore due to depression. I never started the course for crying out loud, I only applied and registered before my mental breakdown. You were more concerned with your money than your student's well-being. I'm paying for a service I never got. If I'm allowed to take my course now that I'm mentally stable, I will be back here to let the world know you reviewed my case.

If you have requested to withdraw from your study programme outside of the agreed terms, we want to take this opportunity to confirm that our teams are ready and waiting to assist you with resolving any issues around payment, or the course itself, that you have, enabling you to successfully complete any course you have started.
We are really proud of the fact that we are able to offer our learners affordable monthly payment plan options for their courses, rather than having to pay the full course fee upfront in full, and we always work with all learners to assist with any payment difficulties - if the payments to which you agreed for your course have been missed , we can work with you to resolve this.

From Customer Service to Escalations to Complaint. The actions are not prompt. I had to re-enrol and lost a course were I was 2/3rd done.

We were disappointed to read this feedback We can see from your records that you enrolled in February 2017. As your enrolment was six and a half years ago you would unfortunately be unable to continue on your programme of study.
This course is clearly indicated as a 24 month programme of study, we have changed no terms and conditions regarding this – it has always been the case.
We understand that you ahve already contacted the appropriate teams regarding this matter - they will be in touch with you with regards options for beginning anew on a current programme of study for your chosen subject, so please continue to correspond with them so they can assist you further.
