Awful company. Severe lack of professionalism and etiquette.
Awful company with a severe lack of professionalism and etiquette. We purchased a property through this agent, and their rudeness, constant threats, unprofessional emails, false accusations, and overall treatment of buyers are terrible. When raised with their area director, our email was ignored. In addition, their description of the property was inaccurate and they refused to hand over the keys on the day of completion, forcing us to go to the property and speak to the previous owners directly. I would never use or recommend this company. They turned what should have been an exciting period into a more stressful, anger-inducing experience. To add, they even contacted our estate agent and criticised us, the buyer, referring to us as liars. I have reported their actions to the Property Ombudsman.
