From my first vague queries to my departure on holiday, Linda and her team at Helensburgh were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I didn't have to worry about anything.

So many changes with flights was unbelievable. Paid £500 extra for direct flights to be told few months later that there were no direct flights from Edinburgh or Glasgow (coming from Ayrshire). Despite being told we would get our £500 back from one member of staff, a manager then advised only £250 (half) could be returned. Still unsure why but had to accept it to get the flights booked to prevent the whole holiday being jeopardised. She did mention a different 'class' however I never once specified i wanted to go a specific class, just assumed it was booked under 'economy'. Such a shame as staff were nice but unhappy with the loss of monies for direct flights, that we never got!!
Bit of farce with online check in too that Stewart Travel couldn't assist with as they didn't have our attestation details, despite being told previous week to call and staff would sort it for us. Branch was closing at 3pm for Christmas festivities & we couldn't check in til 4pm...not really helpful at all. Issues then with check in as BA told us flight was 'oversold' and we were on 'standby'...which meant we may not have got on flight, luckily a BA staff member sorted this for us to prevent our journey starting off in chaos!
Nyc was fabulous in the end.

I have booked a number of holidays through Stewart Travel Paisley over the past years. 100% for great customer service..we done a Back-to-back cruise in August this year and everything was all done for us- connection fights/transfers/1 night hotel stay, we only had to pack and get to the airport.
Been away Oct & Nov all booked through Stewart Travel Paisley and I would like to say a BIG "Thank you" to Jayne and her team.
Will book with them again for summer 2023

We have booked dozens of holidays with Stewarts irvine the latest was a cruise from 2019 which had to be pushed forward due to covid. The week before we were due to sail an issue with our travelling arrangements was discovered but thanks to Diane and Stewart management going above and beyond to sort it out the holiday went off without a hitch my sincere thanks to all at Stewarts

We had a holiday booked through Stewart Travel for July 2020. Because of lockdown we couldn't go and I lost my deposit. I had another holiday that year through Jet2 and we got our money back.
We go on holiday 3 to 4 times a year, I will NEVER use your services. Infact I must put this on social media and trip advisor. I would NEVER put trust in you again.

First time using Stewart Travel but they definitely helped us find the right hotel in the right location in Madeira.
With plenty of choice they listened to what we were looking for and found it for us.

We've been using Stewart Travel Prestwick for several years and always found them to be very helpful pre holiday, on holiday, or post holiday.
If you need to contact them they are there.
We go back, and have no problems to recommend them.
They have our confidence.
Says it all.

My first time using Stewart Travel in Prestwick. Certainly wont be my last. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond for you. Excellent service. Thank you all. I had a brilliant holiday.

I have used Stewart Travel Irvine for years always been very good and helpful.

I have been using Stewart Travel Kilmarnock for a good number of years now. In the past I have booked my holidays myself, booking flights and hotel separately, but having used Stewart Travel, (Claire Cornelius), I would not go back to doing this. The comfort, ease, and cost of using Stewart Travel, greatly out way trying to do this yourself.

We have booked quite a few holidays now with Kim in the Ayr branch and every time she gets the best deal and takes the hassle out of things. No question is too big or too small and even when things go wrong (thanks covid) she sorts them out. Total asset to the company!

Stewart Travel is the best for helping with bookings, their staff are next to none that I've experienced. They always give a true report on hotel. Good prices.
Booked my last 2 holidays with them and will in future.

Great service! Holiday was well organised, with all paperwork provided and special arrangements with airline made on our behalf. Great value at a resort which was brilliant for 3 generations of our family of 10.

Just back from a cruise re-organised by the lovely Ashley at Stewart Travel Paisley. From getting all the paperwork in order of when needed for flights/transfers/hotel/shuttle bus and overall cruise itinerary, it took the stressfulness away from travelling overseas again. Will definitely recommend and be back for more of the above. Thank You Ashley, you are a star.

Not happy with the irvine branch,we have a 13yr old girl and was told that because she had 2 vaccines a and a passport to prove this was enough for her to fly wrong!!!! We had to go to Glasgow so she had to have a test to prove she was OK to fly
This is unacceptable it could have cost us her flight if we didn't investigate the covid details of flying yet Stuart Travel Irvine said it was OK

Very poor customer service on the phone, I guess once they get the money from you they don’t seem particularly bothered. Using them to fly to Vegas using Delta, there response when question about covid update was check with the airline. As Delta don’t appear to have good uk number this would be difficult. At time of writing this requirement for LFT testing had changed, and they just weren’t interested in confirming this.
