Following my previous review over a year ago still communication seems to be even more poor to the degree that the solicitor dealing with my probate has left 2 months ago and i had to find this out for myself, the person now dealing with it is even more un communitive and despite asking numerous times for a telephone contact to update still has not done so this firm seems to be getting worse and i am at the stage once this probate is finished i will never use them again

I provided translation services for one of their privately paying clients, yet the outstanding invoice remains unpaid despite several follow-up emails.

I was given free advice, over the telephone, about a very complicated work-related issue. The lady I spoke to came to the decision that there probably wasn't a strong case for legal action, thus avoiding the wastage of money on pursuing it further. I concluded that this firm probably acts in the best interests of its potential clients and does not encourage them to pursue expensive legal action which has small chance of succeeding.

phillipa was very efficient and experienced and kept in contact during my case keeping me informed of matters. really impressed with her and the firm.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with sternberg Reed and regretting for choosing them through my agency.

Communication was consistently poor — emails and phone calls often went unanswered for days or even weeks. They will leave your case with interns for an overall communication and I found myself having to chase updates repeatedly, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

There was a clear lack of urgency and professionalism throughout the process. Deadlines were missed, and I was left feeling like my case was not a priority at all. I also expected clearer guidance and more proactive support, but instead received vague responses.

Overall, I would not recommend this firm. If you are looking for reliable, responsive, and client-focused legal services, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I would not recommend this firm, especially the family law team. During what was a toxic divorce they encouraged lengthy back and forth communication between the parties over irrelevant and inconsequential matters in order to increase their costs. Continual errors in billing and in other areas which caused mistrust and even more stress on top of an already stressful situation. No empathy, just interested in making as much money as possible.

Refused to accept legal aid and discriminated against me and my family

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They use nefarious tactics to get respondents trapped. Cannot say more yet due to ongoing court case but this lot "Brag" about 98% customer stisfaction.... From 2015!!!! Says it all!!!
