The young lady who spoke to me was very patient and kind

The conversation I had with the operator was that of well balanced, friendly and respectful to the situation. She seemed trustworthy and I felt confident in her ability in dealing with the matter at hand.

Which therefore made it easy for me to follow their instructions & for me to not be afraid of asking many questions throughout the appointment of which all were answered in a simple manner that I could understand.
