Cars are always modern, spacious and very comfortable.
The booking service is efficient and reliable.
The service is personalised and friendly. All drivers previously used have been excellent and very thoughtful and helpful. They arrive 15 minutes in advance of the given time and always help with luggage and offer any needed stops if required or desired.
They are knowledgeable about routes and conditions and drive carefully, as well as being very courteous and kind.

I had an excellent journey last September, from Shrewsbury to Northamptonshire. Couldn't fault the driver who texted me shorthy before arriving to ask if I required water for the journey. Now this is how taxis used to a decard or more ago. Would I use again - you bet!

Perry was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the journey. He was collecting and delivering a prescription and knowing it had been safely collected and delivered was reassuring. Great service and reasonably priced.

Absolutely fantastic, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I don’t say that lightly after having a dreadful experience with a different local taxi firm but everything was seamless and professional and our driver was amazing.

I got in touch with starcars travel for the first time. So far you have been helpful patient and efficient.
For the trip, the driver was very understanding and was kind to give advice about the places we were travelling. He made a long journey very pleasant!!!!
