Can’t believe TV companies still employ this bunch who have no customer service skills whatsoever but guess it shows how lazy ITV and the BBC are to let them get away with how to continue to discriminate and waste people’s time and money!
Note to SRO and all that employ them-Travelling in the UK is not free!!!!
Terrible experience - priority ticket scam
Terrible experience. You get emails implying that "it's a first come first served" queueing system from 6pm, and when when you turn up, nearly all the capacity has been taken up by priority ticket holders who had arrived earlier. No mention of this at all in the lengthy email sent out. We travelled 2 hours to see "mock the week" and arrived at 6 pm to see perhaps 50 people ahead of us in the queue. Some of those ahead of us were let in around 6:20 and at 6:30 we were told the studio was full. I asked how big was the capacity? 300 - so that means over 250 of that capacity had been pre-allocated to priority ticket holders. Absolute disgrace - never attend a SRO audience event
Very misleading
Very misleading. Just say it's first come first serve. Rather then paragraph after paragraph of jargon and countless emails saying the same thing. When if just said it's first come first serve. Some people get priority tickets and you will go in after them. If you don't get in this time, we will give you priority tickets for next time. Then people who travel far, take days of work, have to pay for babysitting, taxis, hotels. Can make an informed decision if to take the chance. This is an abuse of trust with the public. And letting them come and then telling them in simple English it's first come first serve when turned away is not correct. Oh and when they say we over sell it. It's by 100 odd people as it was in our case. Not like a few percent
It's not a case of advising people not to go. It's just be aware of the situation,so you can make an informed decision.
As it stands it is very badly done and and disrespect us as the public.

Been to see loads of shows through this lot.
I've seen negative comments about not getting in :(
I've got in every time I've had a ticket thanks to getting there 2 hrs early.
Martin and his team are kind and helpful.. As well as cheerful. They work WITH the venue staff to make a pleasant visit.. Especially people with different needs!
Sro audience
SRO are wonderful and the staff are amazing
Loved every minute of the Graham Norton show
Loved every minute of the Graham Norton show. Customer Services (special nod to Martin & Eric) went the extra mile. It was so refreshing! Thanks to all.
Wonderful Customer Service Thanks to Martin and Eric from SRO Audiences
We had a joyous experience seeing the Graham Norton Show, mainly thanks to Martin and Eric from SRO Audiences, who provided the best customer service that other companies could learn from. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience.
Disappointed with The Naked Week
Disappointed with The Naked Week, BBC Radio 4 Friday Night Comedy at The Phoenix Arts Club. Despite arriving on time, we were denied entry due to oversold tickets. Waiting two hours in the rain only to be turned away was frustrating and unprofessional. Event organisers should show more care and consideration for their audience.
Excellent Bradley Walsh
We went yesterday to see beat the chasers I see a lot of negative reviews we personally had a great time staff were friendly and polite please read your email regarding terms before you leave and leave plenty of time remember this is free and a working studio and there will be delays at some point 10/10 to all staff and production team
SHAMBLES
You’ll get two conflicting views from people on here, before yesterday we’d been to a few and always got in as been give priority tickets as we had a long way to come and we really enjoyed the experiences.
Yesterday travelled for 6 hours spent a fortune on travel and turned up an hour early and were first in the queue we’d been told. We just had to wait to see if any priority tickets holders didn’t turn up. When I asked how many spaces were left got told none if all the priority turned up! To add insult to injury a priority ticket holder who didn’t show for the earlier show was give a space at our one!!
Got told to hang around but at the last minute a couple of priority ticket holders turned up so us and all the people behind us never got in, absolute shambles.
They used to give priority to people who traveled a distance but the guy on the gate said they do not do that any longer. My advice as someone else said have a plan B or don’t come unless you have a priority ticket. TBF it does say on the email this may happen BUT it does not say they allocate in the smaller studios 100% of the capacity as priority, had they we would not have turned up.
Beware of the SRO ticket allocation process
We received 2 tickets back in March for the Patrick Christy show on the 30th May 2025. As the show doesn't finish until 23.00, we thought we'd better book a hotel for the night, as we were traveling up from Bournemouth. The hotel was £175.00.
We arrived at The Point for the show at 20.15 and were denied entry as all places had gone. Two days wasted and also £175, plus sundry items. Another couple who also didn't get in had forked out £500 on travel costs and accommodation. The allocation system is a mess. If you are considering applying for SRO tickets, and are going to travel some distance to the show (and/or booking a hotel) - prepare to possibly be disappointed and not get in. You might consider having a plan B in place. Whist we were told we'd now be on the list for Priority tickets list for other shows - the same issue could happen again - as even with such a Prority ticket, there's just no guarantee you'll get in.
One of my favourite days out!
We had the best day out at Pinewood Studios in Iver Heath, watching the first episode of Series 20, Taskmaster UK.
The tickets were free, easy to apply for, sent many reminders and all the information that was needed.
We read through the terms & conditions, we didn't expect to get in from previous reviews & comments with also trying to be realistic, as we know they usually over allocate tickets.
We arrived at 11.30am and it was easy to park (we were told they would seat us at 12.45pm in the studio) we went through security, we were between 50-60 in the queue. We were seated in a marquee room, where all the staff were lovely and very accommodating, including those who were using a wheelchair. Access to some fairly nice portaloo units (as portaloos go!) Around 12.15pm they went along the line, in the order of arrival to scan the tickets, check who you were and gave out wristbands.
Then around 12.45pm we were taken to the studio and seated. Where we were very lucky to get one of the royal box seats and had a great view of the stage with a direct view of Greg Davies & Alex Horne.
The studio was more intimate than we thought it would be, but I don't think many, if any, people who queued were turned away, we were all accommodated for. Everyone was very lovely, including all of the celebrities. It wasn't overly scripted and we got to ask questions on the ad breaks which was a lovely touch. High praise to the 'warm up' guy Mark who kept us laughing throughout.
I can confirm this was one of my favourite days out. Thank you so much to SROAudiences for making it happen. And thank you to Pinewood Studios for having us! I would highly recommend signing up if you would like to go in the future.
My only criticism would be the SROAudiences website, which I feel could visually be improved - but it did what it needed to do, so can't complain.
I've been a regular user of this…
I've been a regular user of this website and have been lucky enough to get tickets to some of the best shows in London—especially from the BBC. The venues are fantastic, and the organisation is always spot on. Honestly, I can't fault the experience. We always have a great night out watching the shows being recorded live. Highly recommended if you want to get involved and be part of something special!
Hi thanks you all for great shows for…
Hi thanks you all for great shows for over 10 years really good company very nice stuff helping me for a long time thanks to all of you
Great free entertainment!
Been to many shows with FREE SRO tickets. (Dancing on ice, Joe lycet, Sunday night at the palladium, the chase, pointless, Graham Norton show, the voice and more) Always well organized. Friendly helpful staff. My daughter who accompanies me is autistic and the staff are always patient and understanding with her and couldn't be more helpful. Often get priority tickets but sometimes ordinary ones. Only been almost disappointed once when we were told we couldn't get in. But then they asked us to hang around, did a recount and check and squeezed us in. Seen some amazing shows and been well looked after.
Most of the "Priority" people seem to…
Dancing on Ice - Most of the "Priority" people seem to be friends and family of the production team. Who take up at half the audience. You have Phil and Grant maning the queue, one thinks his a comedian but is just rude and disrespectful.
If you get in, you are very lucky. But the chances of that are low. I know the tickets are free, you are reminded that alot when queueing, but I think I'd rather pay for a ticket to be treated more respectfully and know il have a seat.
Loose women
Went to an audience with the loose women for a second time, a fabulous day ! the staff were attentive and supportive and kept the queue informed at all times Thankyou to all the staff that worked on the Thursday 6th feb.
Sroadiences 👏
I would give 0 if I could
I would give 0 if I could. Do not get fulled by these muppets. They sent me 20 emails welcoming me on the day of the event but when I reached the time and place after travelling 1 hour and half so someone could tell me to the door , sorry we are full you can’t. Go in even though you have a ticket from us !!!! Scammers
Sent home a myriad of people tonight
Sent home a myriad of people tonight - absolutely no need to overbook by that amount. Seriously rubbish company who couldn't run a piss up in a brewery....don't be fooled by the free tickets, it will be a complete waste of time and money to get there. The set up is just to mess people around: don't waste your time.
ONLY ISSUE TICKETS FOR AVAILABLE SEATS
The company should only issue tickets for the amount of available seats, they do not take into account that some people have 10 hours travelling in total or as in some circumstances people have to travel the previous day and stay in a hotel and then be turned away which is so upsetting and such a waste of hard earned money.
After writing to them to complain they havent even replied
